At last, as TAR’s body stopped its convulsions, Blizzard breathed a heavy sigh of relief and despair.

 Finally, it’s over...

Suddenly the dark chamber, stained with the blood of many foes, began to quiver. The voice of Father Seigilant made Blizzard’s blood run cold.

“You have defeated my greatest warrior, very well...” His voice echoed off the walls; his final word uttered with venom.

Despite her wounds, Blizzard stood tall, proving to him that she would not back down.

“This world is yours for the taking, it’s already desolated and dead.” Seigilant croaked a heinous chuckle. Blizzard scrunched her muzzle up at his crude statement.

“Not for long...” She whispered.

The room stopped quivering, and Blizzard felt light on her paws. She stared down at her snow-white pelt, now mottled with dirt and a sinch of blood. One day, perhaps decades from now, he will become a problem once again.

Blizzard pushed aside her thought and focused on the sky; her bright blue eyes dilated at the sight of the star of Cossos. Tomorrow is another day.

Filled with hope, Blizzard trotted toward the exit of the narrow and gloomy stone tower, a decrepit stone bridge allowed crossing over a perilous chasm.

She stepped lightly on her feet as she carried across the bridge, as her fate began to shift.

She blinked tears out of her eyes.

Stifled a sob.

As the glimmer of the tunnel became the rocky ash barricade.

A diamond in the rough...

Engulfed by lava.
