After the event of New York , Loki was sent to Asgard with his brother thor, there he will be punished for his crimes against midgard . All Avengers went back to their normal life .Stark tower is now Avengers tower, Stark gives everyone a room in the tower . Everyone is happy about it . Nat and Clint return to their mission by Shields. Steve has a small apartment in Brooklyn , where he stays there sometime or in Avengers tower and banner most spend with Tony in their lab creating something destroying others things.

After 2 years...
After leaving loki to Asgard , Thor returns to migard as his father agrees ,let him live his as he want , he want to start a peaceful life with Jane ,but things don't go has he plan , His and Jane relationship had very up and downs as he starts living with her .He always had a fight and arguments with Jane over loki his brother and she says always
“I can't believe this , you really think that loki is not that bad , I mean he tries to take over new york ,he is a bad, cruel person , who only thinks about himself , thor why can't understand me ”she says in anger
Thunder's god anger always get worst whenever his brother was brought in their argument with what Jane say about his brother ,he don't like arguing with her .he always try to understand her as he can ,but when she talk bad things about his brother ,he can't tolerant any of these.

One day their argument came at the worst point , when Jane said
“Why do you care so much about loki ? Why ? He is not even your real brother” . Her words were sharp, they passed through thunder's god heart . He was going to say something but jane cut him and said ,
“Loki is adopted , isn't he thor , for god's sake ”
Thor was heartbroken now , because he knew somehow the 'adopted ' word changed his brother's view completely ,loki was not like this always like what he was now . Jane says something and comes back to reality and says “ Me or your Brother” Thor was shocked what was she even asking him and she says one more time “ Me or your brother , i am tired of doing anymore ,thor tell me I don't have whole day ,I am asking you a question thor ?Answer me thor ”
