Lily's POV
I wake up, fresh. But I feel like have forgotten something. but I Shrug it off and get ready to go to school.
I arrive at school, and meet Elena at history.
"Where were you yesterday, you disappeared" She asked.
"I went home, I got tired and I didn't want my mom worrying" I say, truthfully.
"Ok, but let me know next time, this town is high on animal attacks" huh, like the what killed my dad.
"I met Damon yesterday" her head shot round to look at me.
"Did he do anything"
"No he offered to buy me a drink but I said no so he walked me to my car"
"Ok be careful" be sat in our class seats.
After school I go home because I have homework, lots.
The doorbell rings when I just get to bedroom. so I go all the way back down stairs and answer the door.
Surprisingly it's Damon Salvatore.
"What are you doing here."

Damon's POV

"Seeing if you would like to come to the grill"
"yeah sure, come in" obviously i couldn't because she doesn't own the house.
"its fine"
I stand out side. i have no idea why i want to go to the grill with her. something is attracting me to her.
We arrive at the grill and I buy myself a bourbon and her a cherry coke.
"So, Lily, what do you like doing?" I said trying to get to know her.
"Lot, really swimming, dancing and shopping, you"
"Drinking, drawing" she giggles army answer.
"You are something" I say, smirking at her.
"Would you like to go on a date with me?" I never go on dates but I wanted it to be different wig this girl, she was special.
"I'm sorry I'm not interested, I want to get to know the town before I get to know a person I hope you understand" I felt werid. I have never been let down before, i felt like have had my neck snapped.
"I understand, I'll give it a couple of weeks" she look like she was in fought. God she's beautiful
"You know what. let's do it, it will also prove to Elena that your not the bad guy. Tomorrow?" I felt my heart racing. I really like this girl. Snap out of it, your Damon Salvatore for fick sake.
"Sure, I'll pick you up at 7" I feel presence behind me, I turn around and see Elena and Stefan walk in the door, Great now I will get a earful off of them.
"Damon what are you doing here" Stefan asks.
"Lily, why are you here with him, I told you to stay away" Elena says voice rasied.
"Elena you are a friend, not my mom, you can't tell me who I can and can't hang out with" she says, that told her.
"And for your information Stef, I am just hanging out with a friend, relax" However he does the opposite and tenses up.
"Sorry, but I need to get home, I have homework and I got a text from my mum, she wants me home" Lily says, she looks
irritated.
"I'll give you a lift" I say.
Then we travel back home.
