He is a very intelligent king, a powerful ruler and great decision maker despite his age. A child without any of its innocence. He's a result of someone who closed himself to the world because of the pain that he went through. I am amazed of how they portray him as a man despite of being a child. Perhaps, because of the dominance and the confidence that he gives off every time. The change that he went through upon meeting the princess is really heart-warming. You could feel the love from it.

She surpasses (or may not) the qualities of the usual princesses that we know - prim, proper, soft-spoken, those types that were always needed saving or protection. I believe, it's because of the culture of her country and of the hardwork that she dedicated for her to overcome her inferiority. I never expected that she is the best singer from her country - she is a symbol of humility. She shows the beauty of the world to him.
