You felt like Kita didn't pay that much attention to you anymore and spends his day at the court most of the time.
Rather than spending time with you

So you had to confront him once and,you decided to do it 3 nights before your birthday since,he doesn't know your own birthday,he forgot the year before so,

You expected him of not knowing
anything

So you went on with your day like usual, without Kita on your side and cooking dinner for the both of you

-the night-

You two were sitting and eating quietly as usual,it has become a routine which you never seem to have thought of

And just as your plan,you said your words

"Kita,I need to talk to you" just as you broke the silence,he broke his focus on eating and looked at you with curious eye's
"Hm?"
He said confused

"Do you even care about me?.." You said filling yourself with guilt like it was your fault

"You've been ignoring me for a long time now...Is it because I don't cook your favorite food? Is it because Im too clingy and Annoying,what did I do Kita?... To make you ignore me for these days."

You said with tears starting to form in your eyes,and as shocked as you are,you also brushed off everything he did

"W-what.. I'vh been ignoring you? Since when did i-"

"EVERYDAY KITA! EVERY,DAY" You cutted him off just like that,he never knew you felt like this

"When is our anniversary Shinsuke."

You asked firmly.

the silence began and Kita was speechless he never heard you raise your voice at him,so he was shocked
He also had nothing to say since he really didn't know

With no one breaking the silence,you decided to get your bags and leave

"Y-you packed?!" Kita asked obviously guilty of what he made you feel like
"Yes,yes I did Kita" you couldn't say anything more to Kita you couldn't possibly say anything more to him

You went out the door with bags in your hand,and especially with Kita trying to hold back his tears

"𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒃𝒚𝒆 𝑲𝒊𝒕𝒂 𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒌𝒆"

"W-wait...NO-"

He held your hand tightly while tears rolled down his face
You felt your heart throb,and it ached everything hurt, everything was too hard to except but,you had a feeling that your relationship with Kita was nothing to him

You didint know how to react,then suddenly Kita spoke

"𝑰𝒎 𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒚...𝑷𝒍𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒎𝒆"
You froze,not being able to move a single muscle as he held you tighter by the minute
He held you like,the time you agreed to become his girlfriend,tears started rolling down your eyes in pure shock

Trying not to say a thing but.

"Kita,let go please." You said firmly

"What if I don't want to...don't leave pls.."
You couldn't take it anymore,there was too much going on
You slide off Kita's hands and went out the door slamming it behind you,he saw you walking in the rain he felt pain he didn't like it.

"None of this would happen if it weren't my fault..."
