A young girl named Leah, around the age of 13, sat alone at a table at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Her mother and Leah's younger brother sat three tables across from her, waiting for Freddy's band to come out onstage and start playing. Every Friday, the teen's mother would take her and her seven-year-old brother to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza for a fun night out. Unlike most of the children that went to Freddy's, Leah was not interested in the band one bit. As much as she tried to enjoy the experience, everything got old quickly. The younger children irritated her, and she was sick of the music. The place just wasn't the same after "the bite of '87" happend. Of course, Leah wasn't alive when it happend, but she had heard that it was extremely gruesome. Her mother had shown her videos that she took of the animatronic fox before the incident happend. Something had sparked an interest of Foxy the Pirate in her, and from that point on, Foxy had always been the Leah's favorite. It brought a sadness over her, knowing that she would never see her mechanical fox friend ever again.
There she sat, her arms half covering her face, watching the red stage curtain in annoyance. All the children sat on the dining benches, talking to eachother while eagerly waiting for the show to start. She pushed her bangs out of her eyes and sighed. Leah couldn't bear to hear the songs again, she just couldn't. She had to go somewhere else, at least until the band had stopped singing.
Then, an idea came to her head. Some of Leah's friends had talked about the location of Pirate Cove in the building, and some even said that Foxy was still there. The thought of seeing Foxy for real left excited butterflies in her stomach. Her inner child was definitely showing. It was only a rumor, but it couldn't hurt to take a look. Leah would have to plan her escape at the right time, one wrong move and she could get into serious trouble with security. She set her plan into motion: When Freddy's band starts performing, she would quietly slink out of the dining room and into Pirate Cove's room.
Finally, Freddy Fazbear's theme started to play, and the children cried out in delight. Leah's mother smiled at her younger brother who was seated on her lap, laughing happily. As the first song began, Leah began to slide off of the bench in the direction of the hallway. Just when the teen thought it was safe, her fingernails clicked against one of the glass drinks, making her mother quickly turn around in alarm. Her mother was always so paranoid when they were dining at Freddy's, Leah guessed it was because of "the biting" memories.
"Leah, dear. Where are you going?"
"I- uh, I just need to go to the bathroom really quick," she lied.
"Oh alright, but hurry back okay? I don't like you being alone. It's not healthy for a girl your age."
"Mom, I'll be fine. I'll be back soon!" Leah hurried off into the hallway, peering around in search of guards and workers. Her mind started to wander as she trotted further down the hall.
'Does this place even exist? What if my friends were just lying to me just to screw with me? What if I get in there and Foxy attacks me like the other kid in 1987? I really don't want my head eaten. What if-'
Leah shook her head, trying to clear the thoughts from her head. She needed to focus on her objective, finding the room to Pirate's Cove.
'Okay where is it? Hmmm, camera room, office, breakroom, costume room- Aha! Here it is! I knew it!'
Leah was filled with joy at the sight of the door. There was a large 'KEEP OUT' sign hanging by one piece of tape below the "Pirate Cove" sign. She grinned in excitement, the moment she was waiting for had finally arrived. The teen glanced around to see if anyone was looking, then slipped into the room, silently closing the door behind her as slow as she could. Once she was in, Leah sighed in relief and leaned against the door.
