"(Y/N)! WAKE UP WE'RE GONNA BE LATE!" A pillow was smacked against my face. I groaned and sat up. I rubbed my eyes, and looked at my bestfriend all dressed up and holding a pillow.
"Shut the fuck up, bago kitangilunodsalabahannatin." (B/F/N) just stuck her tongue out and ran out of the room. I grumbled and lay back down on my bed.
"(Y/N)! Get up! Breakfast is ready." I pursed my lips and got up from my bed. I walked out of my room to the kitchen where the table is. Four of my friends share the rent for our apartment. Lily is our cook most of the time. Since one of us might burn down the kitchen. But I can cook decent food... I guess.
"Good morning (Y/N)! Ready for a new year?" The short haired female asked me. I just nod my head sleepily as she placed a plate in front of me.
"Where's Maria?"
"She went out first since she starts early." (B/F/N) said as she pulled a seat beside me and sat down. I could have pulled it...
"She'll come pick us up by 9." Lily said as she sat down and ate her food. Maria is the driver in the group. And for some reason the rich girl but sometimes dressed up like she lives in the streets.
"What time are your classes (Y/N)?"
"About.. 11?" I said munching on the food on my plate. The others nodded their head as they put their plate on the sink. I got up and put it there as well.
"Y'all really ate faster than me just for me to wash the dishes." I said out loud. I heard (B/F/N) laughter from the living room. I roll my eyes as I start to wash the dishes. After I washed them and put them on a rack I went straight to my room to gather my things to the bathroom.
After I took a shower, I put on some sweat pants and a oversized t shirt. I slide on some socks and put on some white shoes. I fold my sweater to later on wear it in maybe a cold weather day.
But this is the Philippines we're talking about.
It's hot as the inner core of the earth.
"Now where's my laptop?" I looked around my room to find my haikyuu sticker coated laptop on the bed. I grabbed it and the charger and place it in my backpack. I also grab my Ipad and placed it inside with the laptop. I swing the backpack over my shoulder. I grab my phone off of my desk and walked out the room.
"I'm jealous you get to carry only your Ipad and Laptop only. You can even just write your notes there and print it off later." Lily said as she slumped on the couch.
"Yeah! I always have to bring a lot of pencils and dang rulers around." (B/F/N) grumbled looking at her bag to confirm her stuf that it's there.
"It's still a hard course for me, because animation takes time and dedication. Even a simple art takes time. That one line you don't which layer you put and you have atleast 30 layers and you still can't find it." I pointed out. They both thought about it and nod their head.
"But you still bring less."
"Lily also bring less. She has only a laptop and a spiral notebook and a couple of pens." I said. Lily chuckled as she nods her head. (B/F/N) groaned and pouted as she crossed her arms.
A click came from the front door. Heavy footsteps. We turned around to see Maria walking towards us.
"Let's go ladies, check your shit so we don't have to do a round trip." She said. She turn around and walked back out her black hair flowing behind her.
"Why does she looks like one of those hot biker ladies but she drives a car?"
"Cuz she is one." We all walked out of the apartment. Lily locked the door. We all walked down the hall towards the elevator. We descended to the lobby and find Maria's car parked in front. She's already inside waiting for us.
"I call shot-"
"Lily bilisan mo, kunin mo yung front seat." I said. I never seen her sprint that fast in my life. (B/F/N) gasped beside me and yelled at the Brunette for taking the front seat.
"Oh hush, you always take the front seat. Let her have her moment with her gf."
"Gosh, we're like third and fourth wheelers. I'm so single." She said, dramatically putting her hand on her forehead. I just roll my eyes and held her shoulder and pushed her to the car.
"Stop being a drama queen and get in."
"I feel like I'm being kidnapped."
"Yeah yeah, whatever shut up."
