Link and Midna shielded their eyes. They had collected every last mirror shard, and now the Mirror of Twilight was restored. Midna giggled in her echoing way, and said, "Thank you, Link. Now I can get back to the Twilight." Link simply nodded in response.
Midna slowly moved toward the large circle, then stepped through.
Link's eyes widened in alarm as he noticed there was not a Triforce in the middle of that portal, but a square with cat ears on top and a white star in the middle!
Not thinking twice, the Hero of Twilight hurled himself into the circle.
