Day 11

A/n: Today's prompt is, 'Don't you ever leave me'. So, let's goooooo;

Nya awoke from her sleep when she heard a knock on her door. She checked her clock. Who's there at 3 am? She then got up and went towards the door in a drowsy manner.

When she reached it, she thought she could hear faint whimpering from outside, but brushed it away as her imagination. When she opened the door, though, she saw for a brief moment that the person standing at the doorway was none other than her boyfriend Jay, and that the whimpering was very real and very loud. But only for a brief moment, though, because the raven haired girl soon found herself being hugged quite tightly by Jay.

"Jay, what happened? Are you okay?" She asked, grunting in between from the pressure she was under from her Yin's powerful arms. Master Wu's training might give him a fine (and hot but Nya would never admit that) body, but it also gave him a strong grip. A grip, that, was currently going to crush her if she didn't suffocate first.

Jay, however, had other ideas. He knew he might be going a bit too tight, so he loosened his grip till he could hear Nya breathing properly, but he still wouldn't let go. He would never lose her again. He simply whimpered, not able to formulate words because he was all too shaken from the nightmare he had experienced.

Nya, though, understood what was happening. She herself had also experienced nightmares from what had happened, or rather, what could've happened now that the timeline had changed.

"Is it about him?" She asked gently, aware that Jay was very sensitive and vulnerable in this state towards that topic.

Jay simply nodded, not willing to speak at all, and continuously going in flashbacks of chains, torture and starvation in a half-awake and half-asleep state.

"It's okay. Come, you can sleep with me. Do you want to talk about it?" Nya asked Jay, whose freckle laden face was now covered in tears, while leading him to her bed after closing the door behind them.

When they both laid down, and hugged each other for quite a while, before Jay only murmured, "Don't you ever leave me", before he drifted off to sleep.

Nya, now hearing Jay's breathing going into the regular pattern that told her he was asleep, simply pulled the covers and, while hugging Jay, started to fall asleep.

She may not be able to stop the nightmares, but she would always make sure that Jay was okay, just like he had done for her.
