"Ok class, for your homework, do numbers 1-10 on page 34" Said Mr. Hopper. I pack my things and go out the door and walk to 2nd period, History, my least favorite class. I go ahead and sit in the back again, and I see that same popular girl again. She goes and sits with the other popular people. 30 min into class, I almost fall asleep! Mrs. Gander is an old lady and isn't very entertaining, besides the fact the she thinks she looks good in short skirts. But what can I say. Mrs. Gander gave us a packet and we had 15 min of class left so she let us work on it for the rest of class. I look over and see the popular people laughing and having a good time in school. I didn't think school would be a fun place. Maybe if you had friends it would be more fun. I hear one of the girls say Sally and that popular girl said "yes", so I'm guessing her name is Sally. Then the bell rings to go to are next class. I just go through the day without remembering anything except for 1st and 2nd period.

I get home and sit down at the kitchen counter. "How was your first day of school sweetie"? My mom ask. "Ok, just like every time I go to a different school". I said. "I'm sorry honey, it's just my job has me go to different places and I know it's hard to go to a new school but someday you will grow up to be 18 and move out". My moms a photographer and her job has her go a lot of places. "Yeah, I guess". I said. "So mom, there's this girl at my school and her name is Sally, and she's a popular girl. She has blond, long hair, and blue eyes. Any way, she's in my 1st period class and she came up to me and asked if I was new. I don't know if she was trying to say to get away or be friendly". I said. "Well I don't know, has she said anything else"? My mom says "no" I said. "Well maybe she was trying to be nice cause your new and all and she knows that you don't have very much friends". "Yeah, I guess". My mom looks at me and smiles. "Ok, finish your dinner and go do your homework" "yes mom".
