Taehyung was running to the nearby grocery store to pick up some milk and cookies. His baby girl suggested that they watch a DVD of her favorite Disney movie, Coco. And she wants a bunch of snacks for her to munch on while they watch it.

They had tons of snacks already in the house, but his princess asked for a specific brand of cookies. And she had eaten the last one two days ago. She tried to blame her papa, but her Appa knew it was her.

So before there would be two very upset people in the house, he offered to make a quick run to the store.

He was walking down the cookie aisle and picked up extra of her favorite, plus a few others for Jin and him.

As he reached for a pack of cookies, a voice said, "I finally found you alone. Why did you run away from your home and your wife?" Tae's grandfather asked with a smirk.

Tae turned to face him and knew it was over. He would have to start the fight for his family now.

"I'm just finally following my heart. That's all."

"At the cost of everything I gave you once your poor father, my dear son passed away?"

"Don't try to guilt trip me. I already made up my mind. There's absolutely nothing you can do to make me change my mind."

His grandfather chuckled deeply and said, "Oh I understand full well why you suddenly had the sudden urgency to leave your life behind. Of course you returned to the handsome young man from before. But, I also know that you have a daughter now. So I don't plan on asking you to return to your post at the company."

Taehyung was shocked. He didn't expect him to say that. He was gearing up for a huge battle, not this.

Until he spoke up again and he knew that the battle he was expecting was going to turn into a full on war.

"Of course in exchange for your freedom to continue your great love with your boyfriend. You hand your daughter over to me, and I will raise her to be the next head of the company. The way I wanted to do with you, but your parents denied that to me."

"You must be out of your fucking mind! I would never, ever give up my daughter for anything. I will kill you before I let that happen."

His grandfather shakes his head and laughs creepily.

"I wasn't really giving you a choice Taehyung-ah. I know that you are already too old and set in your ways, so you will never be able to run my company the way I expect it to be run once I'm gone."

Tae knew he had to get back home and they needed to leave quickly.

So with narrowed eyes he told his grandfather, "I never knew that anyone could hate their flesh and blood the way that I hate you right now. I will say my goodbye to you now hal-abeoji."

He then turned to walk away from him, but his grandfather grabbed his arm before he could and told him, "She will come to me one way or another Taehyung. Don't make things difficult for everyone involved. Besides, you can always have more kids."

Tae ripped his arm out of his hold roughly, making his grandfather stumble back.

"You're an evil man, and I know you're going to rot in hell."

He then left his cart full of things and rushed to his car. When he got home he ran inside and asked to speak to Jin in private. But their daughter asked where her cookies were.

When Jin saw how agitated Tae was, he told Taeya that she was ok with the snacks she had now. And they would get her cookies tomorrow.

She frowned but she soon forgot about it and went back to watching her movie.
