What the hell did they mean with everything?

Minho chuckled at the younger's flushed face, Hyunjin's brain still struggling to piece the clues together.

He furrowed his eyebrows, no words popping up in his head at all. It was just...empty.

What?

This must be something they said only to confuse him, he was sure of it.

It's not like he had forgotten who they were and why he was there in the beginning.

Quickly shaking his head, Hyunjin growled at them and scoffed, turning away to blink at a spot in the wall.

By now he was really grateful for the lamps as they helped him get a better view of the room, even though he was ignoring the dark patches of something sticky.

"Stop playing around. What makes you think that I'll trust you? How do you even know my name? Where am I!?" Bewildered, Hyunjin tried to tug the ropes harder, only to be stopped by Chan, who had suddenly moved so close he could crouch down right in front of the raven.

The other alpha caressed his cheek, mumbling lowly under his breath. "Calm down, don't ask so many questions."

He almost wanted to curse at them, eyes tearing up because of frustration this time.

"Don't ask so many questions"? What's up with that!?

They were not the one tied to a stupid chair, not the ones stuck in the mercy of strangers, so of course he had questions!

Chan ignored his fiery snark and instead started to brush his hair out of his eyes, making Hyunjin's blush deepen.

"Maybe you can't trust us, darling." He resisted the urge to roll his eyes, he really did.

This is just ridiculous.

However, what stopped him wasn't that. No, it was the way their eyes turned darker, as if they were full of secrets and unspoken words.

They were clearly hiding the things he needed to know. Things that were important if he really wanted to find his brother.

The older man continued before he could speak up, not stopping his surprisingly gentle movements. "I'm afraid we can't tell you where we are, sweetie. I wouldn't want to risk a beautiful boy like you to run away."

He nearly snarled at that, eyes staring right into Chan's brown eyes.

"Then why would you need me?" Hyunjin quickly realized his mistake, flinching back as Chan's eyes flashed red.

Shit.

What did he just say? It wasn't a good thing if the alpha's wolf had been woken by him.

Gulping, he tried to tear his gaze away from Chan, only to meet Jisung's.

The beta had that predatory glint in his eyes, as if he was stalking down his prey and watching it squirm, trapped in his claws of lies and illusions.

Hyunjin jumped when he felt someone's fingers brush the exposed skin of his neck, eyes squeezing shut as his blood slowly turned into ice.

They weren't...

They wouldn't, right?!

As if he had heard the other's thoughts, Felix leaned down to brush his thumb over Hyunjin's lips, making the raven stagger back in shock.

"You know, you are really pretty despite being an alpha. People could easily mistake you for an omega if it wasn't for your scent." A pause of silence before the omega grinned, tongue poking out to lick his lips.
