Angela..

Me and my sister were sitting in the back of the car. As usual my dad was driving fast, but unfortunately this time the icy roads would cause an accident. So me and my mom had told him many times. But he always blew it off like it was nothing, and likewise he did the same thing this time. Little did we know this was the last time we would see our parents.

I was leaning back in a seat paying attention to my phone and casually looked at my sister who layed her head on my shoulder sleeping peacefully. That's when it all happened. A patch of ice we didn't see and the impact. Thousand things rushed through my head as we started spinning. Spinning toward a group of trees with their limbs outstretched. Like they were reaching forth begging us to come to them. The shock of  knowing  if I didn't do something me and my sister would be thrown probably through the front window. So as quickly as I could I threw myself in her into the floorboard of the backseat hoping the cramped space would keep us from injury. All too fast, the impact and the the pain of being bruised struck us hard. But that was not what was going through my mind at the moment. My mom and dad. What would happen to them? I didn't know if we would ever see them them again, but I didn't have time to think about it either.

The smell of gasoline started flowing through the car, and I knew if we didn't get out of there fast all of us would be blown pieces. so I did the only thing I knew to do. I got out of there fast with my sister. I took us a good distance away and told her to stay. But I as started back to the car I looked at it and it was going up in flames. Now, not only would never see her parents again would have to sell that house. Our whole life was turned upside down in a matter of minutes. What now? The two parents we love the most are gone. I didn't have time to think about it because in the distance sirens started to wail. I had called 911 immediately as soon as I could. It was all a rush as paramedics came to check on us and the firemen went out to put out the fire.
