One, thanks to my Haki i could sense that he was alive and well and two i know all to well to not know the difference between blood...and fucking ketchup. so i just stood there for a minute while Midoriya was still wigging out, it wasn't until i slapped him when he finally calmed down and the old mans head shot up.

it was obvious he was satisfied with scaring the shit out of Midoriya, though was kind of impressed that i kept calm. there was silence for a moment until i spoke up

i told him which seemed to be the last straw as the man just sat on the floor with a smile on his face. deciding enough was enough i spoke up once more

Midoriya started at 25% while i went into a 100% of one for all, i never used one for all for all that long so feeling the energy flowing through me was awesome but i kept my cool like any hero would in the face of danger and got into my fighting stance, Gran Torino grinned at the both of us seeing how far we've come so fast

that was the only warning we got before Gran Torino blasted off.
so i kinda lied to Gran Torino when i said that i would only use one for all because every time he would land, i would use observation Haki and used one for all to dodge his attacks, Midoriya was doing great he got hit a few times but other then that he didn't miss a beat, whatever training he's been doing, it's been paying off. for the next few minutes everything was a blur as Gran Torino shot around like a jet and we kept dodging. Finally Gran Torino stopped having gained a good understanding of where me and Midoriya stood
Gran Torino: you're right, i did underestimate you boys, your use of the quirk reminds me of Toshinori back when i was training him, true prodigies.
