Midoriya's POV

I was still red from when me and Todoroki were tied together. There was something about him that has been drawing me in. I looked over at Todoroki if he was okay with what just happened and he was still pretty red. "That wasn't necessary." I said.
No one really talked. We just continued walking towards the mountain. I realized Uraraka and Iida were carrying sleds and me and Todoroki came empty handed. Hopefully we can find a shop where we can rent a sled or something. There where some shops near the mountain, maybe I can go with Todoroki so we can get sleds. They shouldn't cost too much.
Suddenly Todoroki stopped completely and he looked like he was about to faint or something. "Is everything okay Todoroki?" I asked.
He just looked at me and said, "N-Nothing."
I could tell something was wrong with Todoroki but I didn't know what. It hurt me that I couldn't help my friend. Maybe he was fine and I was just overreacting like usual. As we continued walking Todoroki seemed to be lost in thought and Iida and Uraraka were just talking amongst each other. A lot of thoughts started coming to my mind for no reason. I was thinking about my old friendship with Kacchan, the day I fought Todoroki in the sports festival, the time we fought Stain. But I mostly thought of the words I told Todoroki, It's your power, isn't it? why was I thinking about that so much. I should stop overthinking about other things and only focus on today. "Do you want to see if we can borrow a sled with since we didn't bring any either?" I asked Todoroki.
"Sure let's just inform Iida and Uraraka where we are going first." He told me.
"Uraraka. Iida. Me and Todoroki are going to go get sleds because we forgot to bring ours, we will be back soon!" I yelled towards them.
"Okay we will meet you on the mountains!" replied Iida.
Me and Todoroki started walking to shop that seemed to have snow supplies and gear. When we walked in we saw some sled rentals and decided to go check that out. There was a worker in the counter so I decided to ask "How much does it cost for two sleds for two people?"
"We can only give two people one sled because of our sled shortage." the worker said.
"Is there any way we can get two sleds instead of one for us to share?" Todoroki asked instantly.
"I'm sorry but there isn't. We can lower your sled rental price but that all." said the worker.
"That's fine thank you." I told him and handed him the money.
We had to wait for about 15 minutes before he handed us the sled we would be renting. The sled was old-fashioned and wooden. I looked over at Todoroki and smiled but he just tried hiding his face away. We walked back to the mountains and started looking for Uraraka and Iida. Hopefully the string isn't invisible this time, I thought and giggled at that thought. Wait why was I giggling at that thought? Todoroki took a step back and he was about to fall, I grabbed him just in time. We both looked at each other for a very long time and then decided to look away.
I could've sworn we were BOTH red. I just had to calm down and try to not think about it too much but it didn't go away. "Hey there you guys are!" yelled out Uraraka as she was coming towards us.
She smirked, I bet she saw what happened with me and Todoroki. I looked over at Todoroki and realized he was still a bit red. What was happening to us?
