I am the head Physical Therapist for the Chicago Bears, and there is one player who seems to always be hurt since I've been here.

Mitch Trubisky.

I get his teammates telling me all the time that he likes me or has a thing for me. I never believe them, because why would he fall for someone like me? I just happen to be the trainer where he plays football.

It's game day, and they are playing the Texans. I double check all my supplies to make sure I am prepared for everything and my team and I start wrapping the player's ankles and such so they will be ready for the game.

I happen to cross where the quarterbacks are getting their pep-talk for the game and I overhear the players teasing Mitch about me. I inwardly smile but I still can't help thinking they are wrong.

It's the final stretch of the game, the Bears are blowing out the Texans and I can feel the obvious hype from our  benches. As the clock hits zero, everyone jumps up and yells out in excitement.

At the after-party, everyone was having a good time and letting loose. I somehow got pulled to the dance floor by my fellow therapists. I'm dancing and having a lot of fun for the first time in a while when I feel a tap on my shoulder.

I turn around and see none other than Allen Robinson standing there. He pulls me into start dancing with him, and we strike up a conversation.

"You know that Mitch has a thing for you right?"

"Nah, why would he? I'm just a Physical Therapist."

"Believe me, he sees you as way more than that. We all do in a way, because you are always so caring to every single one of us."

"Thank you, Allen. Seriously, I haven't felt this at home in years. I really found my place in Chicago with y'all."

"I swear, that what makes you so sweet is your Texas heart."

I hear a new voice join us.

"Alright my turn to sweet talk her."

"Okay, superstar. Go get her." Allen spins me to Mitch and we end up starting to dance when a slow song comes on.

"So, you like jazz?" We both laugh at his corniness.

"Yes, actually. You played awesome today. And no injuries to boot!"

"Well, that could have something to do with an amazing and beautiful trainer I know."

"Ooh, where is she?"

"Standing right in front of me." He looks down and I see it in his eyes. The spark. He leans in and I meet himhalfway.

"I gotta start listening more when the guys tease me."
