the (h/c) girl ran into a room she heard screams coming from. looking down, the first thing she saw was the ash blonde hero straddling another. she recognized the anguished screams of her dear brother.

the hero raised his arms, a sharp and long feather in hand.
jin moved his head to the side, and that's when he noticed the girl standing there, a horrified look in her eyes. he was about to yell at her to leave before the horrified look in her eyes turned to rage.
readying her shadows she lightly bent over, her hair falling in front of her eyes. "you have the count of three to get away from my brother or god so help me, this will be the last day you live."
the female spoke in a low tone, surprising both males in the room.
"(y/n).."
"i said get off him."
the shadows behind her danced around the room threateningly, their wide smiles growing sharper every second.
hawks slowly lowered the feather.
(y/n) had hope that the winged hero wouldn't do it.
the hope died as fast as it came.
he plunged the sword like feather into jin's back.
hearing his screams of agony made her want to scream herself.
before she could launch herself towards the "hero," a hand was gently placed on her shoulder. "i'll take it from here, yeah?" the tone was gentle but rough. she turned around and recognized the person to be dabi. one of the villains that attacked her class at the camp.
she nodded and collapsed next to her brother, tears streaming down her face. they blurred her vision but she didn't mind, as long as she had her brother in her arms. "i got you, don't worry."
while dabi dealt with the blonde hero, (y/n) cradled the villain in her arms.
dabi suddenly shouted at twice, "GO WILD, BUDDY!"
and that he did. he created a mass of clones of himself that ran out the building they were in. the last thing she heard of him was "i won't let you guys down!"
the female ran out the door, chasing after her brother. she let her shadows run loose. tears were still streaming down her face but she didn't care. as long as she could get her brother to his goal as of now.
"i promise i'll be the best hero of all for you jin."
after a while, the clones melted and all she could see through teary vision was toga and a melting jin.
she felt something snap in her.
an anguished scream ripped through the air. the scream turning to laughter mixed with sobs.

she walked through the silent graveyard toward the grave where her brother lie.

the (h/c) lightly hummed, placing the bouquet of lilies gently on top the tombstone.
"and as the earth burns to the ground,"
she sat down next to tombstone, lightly singing.
"oh god, it's you, that i lie with."
she laid her head next to the slab of stone.
it had been a month after the raid and she still couldn't get over her brothers death.
"oh it's you, i watch t.v with, as the world caves in."
