JungKyung knocks on the door. She could hear the joyful laughter and cheerful voices of the people she knew.
The door opens; Sunghoon smiles widely at her.
A reindeer headband on his head, his smile showed he was embarrassed but he shyly laughed it off.
"I'm glad you're here- mother's waiting, Yeji too," he closes the door after she enters.
She thanked him and walked to the living room. Her eyes scanned the picture frames on the wall; nothing changed.
She became fazed when she saw a framed picture of her and Sunghoon from 2017.
Sunghoon noticed her staring at it and smiles. He pats her head before he intertwines their hands.
"Mom! Kyung is here!" Sunghoon shouted and they stood in the living room.
His mother immediately smiles at the presence of JungKyung. She hugs her tightly after a long time.
"I've always wondered if you're gonna come back," she said and JungKyung hugs her back.
She chuckles and his mom broke the hug. She caresses JungKyung's brunette hair before she hugs JungKyung again.
"I missed you,"
"I missed you too, eommomi," JungKyung says and his mom broke the hug and Yeji hugs JungKyung as well.
"Unnie! I'm so happy to see you again!" Yeji, his younger sister, says and embraces JungKyung tighter.
The older laughed and caresses Yeji's hair. They're almost the same height, except Yeji is a bit shorter than her.
"Okay! Okay! JungKyung has to breathe, Yeji," Sunghoon says and Yeji looks at Sunghoon, a pout on her face.
"Can't I hug my future sister-in-law?" She asks and their mother laughed. JungKyung and Sunghoon became red.
Yeji broke the hug and stuck her tongue out to Sunghoon. She runs to her room while Sunghoon chases her.
JungKyung felt a hand on her shoulder; she turns around and it was his father. A soft smile was on his lips.
"Ah, nice to see you again, abeoji," JungKyung bows a little and he laughs. He hugs her tightly.
"Nice to see my son's safe haven again," he whispers and JungKyung lets out a chuckle.

JungKyung watches Yeji sing her heart out, alongside Sunghoon's relatives.
Sunghoon pats her shoulder and they both head to his room.
JungKyung cooed when she saw the nostalgic medals of figure-skating hang on his wall.
