chapter seven

Ella's p.o.v

Flash back

Back at the hospital. We were all there panicking. Jake and melody parents came running with so much worry and especially jake, he had so much anger in his eyes.

"What happen?" Asked melody mom

"We don't know, she just fainted and she was burning up." I explained.

"It's probably from the lack of sleep" said jake.

"Ella why are you saying that like its my fault?!" said Alex with a hint of anger in voice.

"because it is your fault. do you have any idea how melody felt when you went missing for TWO FREAKING DAYS?!" yelled Ella.

"This all you guys fault" said jake with a stern voice as he said it with a stern voice. "You have been hating each other since she was here, before she left, even when she came back!" He said with tears in his eyes. seeing jake like this, we became silent.

"Why don't, you guys, just get that whatever you do is hurting melody?" He said (still crying). Just by looking at him I felt sorry for him. I turned away and looked at Alex, who was crying like crazy like i am. why the hell are you crying alex? your the reason melody is in this situation.

Weeks later, Alex and i went back to our usual self. Never seeing or talking with each other. If we were to see melody we have to go seperately. and acted like nothing happen. last time i visited melody, i was invited to go picnic with her and her family. but as soon as she said alex's name, i had a bad feeling. i didn't want to hurt her feelings. so i said "i'll try"

the day of the picnic, i didn't go because i was so sure that alex would go. hours later the sun is setting. i wondered if alex went or not. i picked up my phone and texted her.

*texting*

"this is ella did you go to the picnic today?"

"no i had a date with ken. did you go?"

"no because i had alot of work piled up for me"

"yeah right. what kind of work are you doing?"

"no need to be bitchy besides you were the reason why melody fainted." -the nerve of that bitch

"excuse me? ken and i didn't want to go home. so why don't you leave us alone ella"

"i would but guess what, melody was damn worried about you. and i make it my bussiness when the police comes to our home and asked for you. don't you know how worried melody was? she barely even slept. according to what jake said."

"why should i care about what you think. you'er just mad because you're lonely."

"excuse me? missy you are messing with the wrong chicka. if it weren't for melody i would beat the hell out of you and send you where you should belong!"

"ELLA WHATS GOING UP THERE? YOU'RE YELLING LIKE CRAZY UP THERE" yelled mother from down stairs. shit did i just say that outloud?

"it was nothing mom!" i replied. as i calm down a little.

Seeing melody get hit by a car was a nightmare.

"MELODYYYYYYY!" I screamed.

My heart stopped seeing melody in the middle of the road. Blood all over her body. 'Please no don't no melody'
