I want to say 'Good morning'
I want to see the lightning
But I can't - my eyes are closed,
I'm the Sleeping Beauty, I'm alone.
I wish for a star, for a smile
A kiss, a face, a hug.
But no one comes here,
The sleeping Castle is empty.
Birds are singing outside,
The storm has gone away now,
Flowers may smile up on the sun,
And a Prince may come by.
The true-love's kiss will come for me,
My Prince will set me free,
I'm the Sleeping Beauty,
This fairy tale is for me.
