Pebbleleap's Valentine's Day

Chapther Two

Willowfrost was looking beautiful, as usual. Pebbleleap smiled as he held the lilies in his pale hands. A cool breeze stirred the nearby trees. Willowfrost was wearing a thick robe, and her white hair was wet. By this, Pebbleleap guessed she had just got out the shower. "I'm sorry if I'm intruding.", he said, shuffling his black shoes, his cheeks flaming. Willowfrost gave him a gentle smile before hugging herself as the breeze made her cold. "Come on it and I'll get dressed.", she said before walking in. Pebbleleap followed her, his pale brown eyes glimmering with interest. They lived a block away but he never had expected the houses to get fancier then Tidestar's. Willowfrost had a fancy comfy house and he liked how cozy it was. Willowfrost smiled at him. "I'll be right back. Sit down.", she said before entering a room to change. He sat in a light blue chair, looking at the white walls. There was a painting of the ocean on the wall above the couch. Pebbleleap lay his hands on his lap, after laying the lilies on the table. He was blushing so he started doing breathing exercises. Willowfrost came out of the room, wearing a casual white tee and some light colored jeans. Pebbleleap gave her a gentle smile as she walked over and sat on the couch. "What's up Pebbleleap?", she asked with a smile. Her pale blue eyes were happy and friendly, inviting almost. "I came to drop these off," he said, motioning to the white lilies. "In trade for those soft pillows." Willowfrost grinned widely. "Thank you so much!", she exclaimed. He smiled softly and stood. "Well, I'll be going...", he said. "No, wait!"
