I smiled and thought back to the holidays. A pleasant one indeed. Martha has been my best friend for like 7 years or more. Spending summer holidays at Marbella has been a tradition with few school mates since we met, but she called out this called out this year. Don't worry, we don't do yahoo 😊. We're just really lucky in birth givers, who'd literally anything for us. ( To get us off their back of course) Story for another day.✌ .

' Yeah, I did. I adored the weather. It wasn't winter, it was just warm. There's a really huge difference in intensity of sunlight there than here. This one is always passive agressive'
We burst out laughing. For people who have really sensitive skin, we've had our share of skin issues. Trust me it wasn't nice.
We made the last u - turn to the school's drive way, parked and alighted.
' We'll meet at the cafeteria for lunch?' Martha called.
' Yeah, for lunch. See you then!' I called back.
As I Walked the school's drive way to the Assembly, I fell into my own thoughts. This was my last year of school, hopefully it'll be the best. I wasn't popular my demand, I mean I'm not a member of any club or anything. Listened to a podcast over the weekend that emphasised on making impact wherever we are. I decided this was the year it was gonna happen.
A few compliments here and there, and I made it to the assembly, fell in line with my class and began the usual process that accompanied a new year of school.
