Chapter 4-Lies to the real truth

TEREZI'S P.O.V.

Terezi leaned in as Vriska took a deep breath and growled. Terezi chuckled but listened patiently.

"I hate you Terezi." She says under her breath.

"Oh you do?" Terezi waits.

"....I... I did it 8ecause.... he was aware of something I was doing 8ut that is personal. He was going to tell someone he shouldn't have that moment I knew he was....I saw it in his face when he looked at me.... I don't know why it 8othered him so much." Terezi sighed.

"Vr1sk4 th4t 1sn't the full truth."

VRISKA'S P.O.V.

Vriska really wanted to leave now. No one was every going to know after Tavros promised to keep his mouth shut. She stared at the ground but she could tell Terezi was going to get her answers soon enough. One problem. These answers weren't going to be out of Vriska's mouth. Unless someone could force them from her. Her truth wasn't one that would be okay for people to just know. Terezi placed her hand on Vriska's knee jerking her out of her thoughts.

"Vr1sk4 th3 truth c4n't b3 th4t b4d." Terezi says this almost kindly

"You have no idea." She snapped her mouth shut realizing Terezi was working on her nerves. Vriska noticed she was shaking. Not violently but enough to draw attention to herself. Terezi frowned.

"4r3 you sc4r3d?"

"No just.... never mind don't.... WHY DO YOU CARE?!" She spits in Terezi's face and Terezi grips her hands. Now Terezi could tell her shaking had increased. Maybe Vriska would break.

"Vr1sk4 l3t 1t out."

"I did it 8ecause of..... God damn it..... I did it 8ecause of..." Terezi leaned forward making Vriska squeak. Terezi couldn't stop laughter that time. She laughed quietly.

"B3c4us3?"

"Of you. " Terezi blinked. Literally in shock. Vriska took this as a moment to try to get away. She pushed her self past the blinded troll and set off. She didn't know Terezi would follow her scent.
