this book is going to be a way of tracking my food intake; i have struggled with disordered eating for the last couple of years and am starting to restrict again, as i stopped a couple of weeks ago and have felt out of control since.
however, i do not encourage such behaviours. if you are new to this corner of the internet, please get out and talk to someone about any negative body/food feelings you're having.
