Just for me to track my food and exercise

This is my story. I recommend that if you find this triggering to not read and don't report just leave the site. This is the only place I have to vent, my food dairy and weight log ins. This isn't healthy I know, but please don't get any ideas to do what I am doing. I want my old life back, before the struggle honestly.

I start out today at 118lb. It seems like such a small number, but I'm 5ft 1, and this is the heaviest I've ever been. 118 is a healthy number; it's a normal weight for my height. The problem is, I've always been 105, but in the last 2 years, I've gained 13 pounds...Not ideal. Join me on my weight loss journey. I'm pushing to lose those 13 pounds back.

This is gonna be my weight loss routine/ food and exercise diary. I'm going to share some tips that I personally use and track my progress. I'm also going to be tracking my moods and other things associated with my journey!

A almost 16 year old, who is trying to get into shape and lose weight. Here's my progress and journey through my teen years and weight loss. I have been journaling for almost 4 years, so doing a diet diary or a weight loss journal will help. I hope to reach my goal by spring or by the summer.

Food diary

I'd like to thank PEOPLE Magazine for taking an interest in what I choose to consume and asking me to keep a diary of everything I ate so that they could share it with the people waiting in line at the checkout counter. I am unsure if being graded and labeled was worth the fame.

My weight loss journey to help hold myself accountable would be super grateful for any tips and advice anyone has to offer :)

Hello everyone! This story isn't really meant for people to read, like a story or novel, but more of something that I can write down and look back for motivation/in the future. So please don't take this too seriously XD. It will be updated every day, until November 30th, my goal date for my weight loss. I might write more afterwards, depending on what happens, but we'll see! :)
