For the new song they changed the singers from Sting to Rogue and the style of the music became more soft and sincere. Perfect for couples who needed a slow dance as an excuse to get close. Gray and Juvia made their way to the center of the floor with their hands still linked together. Without parting, he moved his free hand to hold her waist and she moved hers to rest on top of his shoulder. When Rogue started singing they began to dance.

Juvia had never been the dancing type. In fact she had been rather clumsy on the subject and for moment she waited for herself to trip up and fall but she didn't. It was like her body moved in perfect sync with his. Soon she forgot how nervous she was and found herself feeling very calm, safe, happy, and strangely nostalgic. This all seemed so familiar to her, she had danced like this with him before, she was sure of it. But when? She didn't know. All she knew was when she was with him she felt safe and happy which she had not felt in such a long time.

The whole time they danced Gray couldn't stop gazing at her beautiful face and he held her as if she was the most precious thing in the world. He couldn't help himself. In his eyes she was indeed an angel, his angel and he had spent an entire lifetime looking for her. Now that he had found her he could only hope that she would accept him once he unveiled his heart to her. If she didn't then he didn't know what he would do. Of course he would respect her decision but to not have her would hurt him so deeply. Especially since he thought that he had lost her forever.

From a distance Erza noticed the two of them and she recognized the way Gray was looking at the young governess. It was a look of pure love and devotion. Which worried her. If Gray was falling in love with Juvia and he couldn't be cured of being a vampire than what would that lead to? She was the only one who noticed this. Cana, Natsu, and Lucy couldn't help but see how he looked at her. But while Lucy was happy with this, Cana and Natsu were concerned.

When the song ended the band decided to take a little break and play a CD of theirs. Most of the guests just danced freely or helped themselves to the free drinks. All in all the party seemed to be going well. Unfortunately at that exact moment Ultear pulled up in her car. She stepped out wearing a provocative black dress that showed way too much cleavage and entered the house. When Natsu saw her he knew trouble couldn't be far behind.

"Um excuse me Miss Milkovich." He said approaching her. "I don't think you should be here. You weren't exactly invited."

"Like I care if I'm invited anywhere or not." She scoffed at him. "Where's Gray?"

"None of your business. Now beat it toots."

"Fine if you won't tell me, I'll just look for him myself."

"No you can't just-"

But she had already vanished into the crowd of guests.
