Before I start, I'd just like to thank apostropheA for tagging me :D I've had fun doing this, so thank you kindly!

And now I shall grace you with 20-that's right!- 20 facts (thatIhopeyou'llfindinteresting) about moi:
1. I'm a young Muslim woman. Key word being 'Muslim', meaning I believe in one God (Allah), His Angels, His Books, His Prophets and Messengers, The Last Day and that everything, be it good or bad, is destined to happen (everything is pre-determined by God).
2. I live in the U.K., in England.
3. I'm the eldest child.
4. I'm in my first year of uni.
5. Languages I REALLY want to learn: Russian, Spanish, Korean and Malay...because I think they sound beautiful.
6. I love being sporty and wish I could have time to play basketball, badminton or tennis
7. I love love love LOVE reading...more than writing :P
8. Favourite book? There's nothing like the Holy Qur'an
9. First poem I could remember was a short one about Rosa Parks when I was in Year 7. One of its lines was: 'She fought white people as fierce as sharks'
10. First story I could remember was about a girl who enters a competition without telling her parents and wins a hot air balloon ride, taking place coincidentally on her birthday. Her father dies in a car accident and her mother is heartbroken. It ends with a heart to heart conversation with the protagonist and her best friend taking the aforementioned hot air balloon ride.
11. I believe in aliens due to an incident that had happened in the past
12. I LOVE CATS! I've had two in my life up 'til now- a black and white one and a ginger and white one (both were males) Oh, how I miss them so!
13. I like the smell of petrol
14. I used to be allergic to egg
15. I'm one of those people who rarely if ever finish something (namely, stories). Three of my stories are incomplete.
16. Leading on from the point above, that's why I've turned to short stories and poems. More towards poems.
17. I love food. And sleeping. Just like any other teenager, I guess
18. I like being creative- painting, drawing, making collages, etc.
19. I've been told that I'm kind, a hard worker, weird, funny and 'calm in a crisis'.
20. This is fact number 20.
Hehe xD ok, I'll leave you with the actual fact number 20: My ultimate wish is to enter Paradise {Firdaws al'Ala} to be of those whose luminous faces will be upturned to see God {Allah}. May Allah make us of them, Ameen.
