"Shoto!" Was all that could be heard ringing out around the castle. Eventually the male addressed as Shoto arrived to the dining area. There sat his father who was king over the castle and land. He was broad in figure and relatively muscular, as a good king should be.
Instantly he stood up at his sons presence and glowered down at him. "What has taken you so long boy?!"
The dual haired male just sighed softly and looked to the bastard king. "I was busy... Obviously. You're so loud, what do you need?" It was safe to say Shoto really wasn't a fan of his father. Never was and never would be.
"You're finally coming of age.. You can begin defending yourself, so I'm sending you on a quest. You will have none of my knights but you'll be accompanied by an apprentice. He's learning the magics under Toshinori. I've given him the details, you leave as soon as possible." As the males father spoke a young male entered the room. The male was freckled with green hair and eyes, wearing a bright smile. Shoto immediately recognized him as Izuku Midoriya, he'd seen the male practicing before. Most the time it made the two toned male glad not to posses magic that would harm his own body as badly as the greenette's did.
After getting a good look at the green haired male Shoto just simply nodded towards his father. "Let's go then." He said simply, turning and making his way towards his headquarters. Of course he'd need to pack quite a lot of supplies for them both. As he walked he made a mental note of everything to bring, until he heard the quick footsteps behind him. Casting a quick look he saw that small male following after him. Wow, Izuku was a lot shorter up close..
"I'm really glad I have the opportunity to help you on this quest! It's going to be a blast!" The small male began once he finally caught up to Shoto's brisk pace. He was surprisingly fast for being so small, but it was better then having to stop having three seconds for him to catch up.
"Ah, yeah." Was all the two toned male responded with. Shoto was never a boy of many words after all.
"I already packed my horse and things. I brought plenty of food and water. I think we'll be great!" The freckled boy continued.
Damn Izuku talked so much, it already annoyed Shoto. Eventually he arrived to his room and pushed open the door introducing a neat room. There was a rather large bed placed in the middle of the room in front of beautiful windows draped with velvet curtains. "Stay out on the balcony." The male crossed the room and opened a door next to the bed, leading out to a ledge. There was countless night the two toned male had watched over the kingdom there, mostly at night. That was went it was most peaceful and beautiful.
Izuku quickly nodded and looked out at all the buildings below. The dual haired male just left the freckled boy there, closing the door behind him. Now to begin packing... Swiftly Shoto began stuffing his belongings into a large duffel bag along with a little bit of medical supply's, knives, daggers and food. Once he was packed he slung the heavy bag over his shoulder and called Izuku back.
"We will leave now." He informed the male, quickly grabbing the sword he always kept by the door. It was freshly sharpened with his name engraved on the blade. On the handle was placed the royal family crest, making it a dead give away who Shoto was. As if the outfit wasn't enough, plus the prince wasn't exactly lesser known...
So the two began making their was towards the stables to retrieve horses. Izuku talked, Shoto listened. It was a good thing that the greenette tended to speak quite a lot, it allowed the two toned male to think. But once they arrived Izuku finally shut up. Which left nothing but an awkward silence as he began to saddle his horse up. It was a beautiful stallion with a white coat and beautiful white mane. Once he was ready Shoto turned towards the greenette. "Well, are you ready?"
Izuku nodded and gave a determined smile. "Yeah! I don't ride horses really so try not to go to fast...!" The short apprentice warned, climbing onto the horse. Immediately the two were on the streets, hooves clapping against the dirt roads. As they walked the usually crowded streets separated to allow Shoto and Izuku through.
All around the two toned male could hear gasps and whispers. That wasn't anything new, it was always that way whenever he was leaving the kingdom or riding through. Only it seemed everybody knew he was leaving for quite sometime, which he blamed the bags of supplies for giving it away. However they finally left the premises, entering the unfamiliar forest.

Sorry for creating ANOTHER story, but I just couldn't get this idea out of my head. Yes it is bakutodo, just let the story unravel haha. Anyways I hope you all will enjoy the story!! I'll most likely post somewhat frequently since I have much muse for it. The next chapter won't be THAT long again. I'll edit through it later for mistakes.
