Kitsuna woke up in her soft, pastel bed. She looked around and sighed with relief. "It was just a dream...", Kitsuna said. Kitsuna then opened the door to exit her bedroom and saw a fiery wasteland, homes burning to the ground, families being slain by various yokai soldiers. "Why!", The villagers screamed in agony. "Why!", the villagers continued to agonized. Kitsuna then found herself locked in a bird cage. "So, you think that you're going to save them?", A female Russian voice sneered. Kitsuna turned to see Doctor Doctor standing next to her. "Get away from me!", Kitsuna screamed in fear, as she flailed around in her cage attempting to escape.

"There's no escape, just suffer.", Doctor Doctor said, as she reached her hands into Kitsuna's cage, and held Kitsuna's head in a position where she couldn't look away. "Watch, watch what your existence has done. If you were never born, this would've never happened. Your parents, your brother, your friends, they would all be better off without you.", Doctor Doctor said, before snapping Kitsuna's neck. "You're worthless.", Doctor Doctor finished.

Kitsuna woke up, covered in sweat. She wasn't in her usual bed, instead a small, little bed with grey bedsheets, a blue blanket, and some pillows. Kitsuna wore light blue pajamas. Kitsuna began to sob in pain, "I wanna go home!", Kitsuna screamed. "Hey, what's going on in there!", A deep, masculine voice said. Kitsuna gasped as she hid under the blue blanket.

Kitsuna heard the door open, a man wearing a blue jacket, black pants, black shoes, he had blue hair. "Hey is everything alright?!", The man asked in a concerned manner. "E-everything's fine....", Kitsuna replied softly. "Really? I heard crying in here, don't lie to me.", the man replied sternly.

"I don't want to talk about it...", Kitsuna replied. "Fine then. Just trying to do my job and help you.", the man said, "Nurse Cassidy will be in a little bit to perform a checkup on you.", The man said, before closing the door.
Kitsuna sighed as she began to wimper softly, "I just want Mama...".

Kitsuna laid in her bed for awhile, hearing only her sniffles and the ticking clock on the wall. "Kitsuna, sweetheart you awake?", A soft voice said. A dark-skinned woman with long, silky crimson hair, covering one eye, wearing a long white labcoat, black jeans, and a pink shirt, walked into the room, pushing a cart of equipment into the room.

"Are you doing okay?", the woman asked. "I feel sick...", Kitsuna said quietly. "Let me check your temperature for a second...", Nurse Cassidy said, as she pulled out a thermometer from her pocket. "Please sit up for me.", Nurse Cassidy said, as Kitsuna pulled the cover off herself and sat up, she shivered from the cold of the room. Nurse Cassidy then placed the thermometer into Kitsuna's mouth. "Man your burning up!", Nurse Cassidy exclaimed, as she pulled the completely red thermometer from Kitsuna's mouth. "Wait one second, I have to go do something real quick.", Nurse Cassidy said, as she walked out the room.

Kitsuna then saw a tall, lanky woman with long, messy, black hair, with a lily as an accessory. She wore a navy blue sweater and light blue jeans. "Good morning Miss.", the woman said in a rather hushed voice, "My name is Angel Ichika, I am the therapist at U.Z.Z.", Angel continued. "Now it seems you're quite troubled by something, feeling up to talk?", Angel asked. "I miss my family, I want to go home...", Kitsuna said. "It's okay, everybody is trying their hardest to find them. You just relax, you deserve it after that nasty quack Doctor decided to use you for her equally nasty plans.", Angel reassured. "Did you find my brother yet?", Kitsuna asked. "We haven't gotten contact yet, but we'll eventually find him!", Angel said.

Kitsuna's stomach growled loudly, "What's for breakfast?", Kitsuna asked. "You can have french toast with strawberries, that sound nice?", Angel asked. "Yes, it sounds delicious!", Kitsuna said with a small smile. "Alright then, I'll go get it for you!", Angel said, as she left the room, as soon as Nurse Cassidy came back.

"Sorry, just arguing with Professor Professor whether we should run some tests on you or not.", Nurse Cassidy said. "Professor who?", Kitsuna asked in a perplexed tone. "Professor Professor, strange name huh?", Nurse Cassidy said with a chuckle. "Guess his parents wanted a Professor in the family.", Kitsuna joked. "Quite accurate actually.", Nurse Cassidy laughed. Kitsuna giggled softly. "Now we're going to have to keep you here for awhile, Angel will be here to keep you company, we'll do checkups on you to make sure that you're doing fine, we'll notify you as soon as your brother is found.", Nurse Cassidy said. Kitsuna smiled, "Thank you, I am very appreciative for your help, may I please talk to my rescuers please?", Kitsuna said.

"Victor and Anita?", Nurse Cassidy asked. "Correct.", Kitsuna replied. "Ah, so sorry about that. They're currently on a mission, I'll be sure to tell them when they get back!", Nurse Cassidy said. "Oh...It's okay then....", Kitsuna replied. Angel then came back in with Kitsuna's breakfast. "Here's your breakfast Kitsuna!", Angel chimed. "Alright then Kitsuna, I'll take a sample of your hair and blood and take tests on them, I'll let you eat and rest for a bit.", Nurse Cassidy said, as she plucked a strand of Kitsuna's hair and took a blood sample. Nurse Cassidy then pushed her cart of equipment back to her office, as Angel came in with Kitsuna's breakfast. "Here's your breakfast!", Angel chimed, as she pulled out a mini tray for Kitsuna to eat on. Kitsuna looked at her delicious breakfast of french toast with strawberries. "Thank you!", Kitsuna said, as she began to scarf her meal down. Angel smiled as she left Kitsuna's room.

Once Kitsuna finished eating, she spotted a tv hung to the wall and a remote next to a table besides her. Kitsuna grabbed the remote and turned the tv, for it to show some Spanish Soap Opera, with some lady screaming at another lady, "Vete a la mierda!", and slamming a vase onto the other lady's head. "Seems interesting.", Kitsuna said, as she watched the two women catfight. Kitsuna soon felt drowsy, she soon drifted into sleep.

"Mitsuki!", Kitsuna screamed. "Don't worry Kitsuna I'll be fine.", Mitsuki reassured. "Don't go! I need you!", Kitsuna screamed. "I'm sorry Kitsuna, I have to save my mom...", Mitsuki replied. Kitsuna took one last look at Nina, her pale skin, her long black pigtails held by baby blue ribbons. "Mitsuki...", Kitsuna said, as Mitsuki embraced her in a hug. "I promise I'll come back for you...", Mitsuki reassured Kitsuna, before running off into the inferno consuming their village. "Mitsuki!? Mitsuki! Please don't leave!", Kitsuna screamed at the top of her lungs. "Mitsuki!".

Kitsuna woke up to see that her tv show was still on, the same two ladies bickering and arguing. Kitsuna heard a soft beeping noise next to her, she turned and saw a short, balding man, with green hair and large red glasses, and Nurse Cassidy next to her. "What's going on?!", Kitsuna asked. "Don't worry, we're just running some tests on you.", the man said, in a heavy German accent. "Like what kind of tests?", Kitsuna asked. "Just testing your DNA and powers.", Nurse Cassidy replied. "Okay...", Kitsuna said awkwardly. "Pardon him, he's Professor Professor, he has no manners apparently.", Nurse Cassidy said. "Okay, nice to meet you Professor Professor...", Kitsuna said shyly. "Pleasure is mine.", Professor Professor said.

Victor and Anita quickly rushed into Kitsuna's room. "Professor Professor! Doctor Doctor is bringing all her expendables here!", Victor exclaimed. "Oh dear! Looks like Nurse Cassidy has to perform the rest of the tests on Kitsuna until I get back!", Professor Professor exclaimed, as he and Victor and Anita ran off.

"Wait. Doctor Doctor....", Kitsuna said, with a haunted look on her face. Nurse Cassidy slammed the door shut and locked it quickly. "No...", Kitsuna said. "It'll be okay, I'll protect you!", Nurse Cassidy replied. "Don't let her hurt me! Not again! Not again!", Kitsuna screamed, as she began to shake wildly. "Kitsuna calm down! I won't let her hurt you!", Nurse Cassidy said, as she turned the volume down on Kitsuna's tv. Kitsuna sobbed into Nurse Cassidy's chest, "don't let her hurt me.... I can't take it anymore...".
