Suman's POV

"Vikram..." I heard Shravan saying and I looked at the door shocked and then a relief washed over my face.

The door was locked.

"Y-You almost killed me." I looked at Shravan who looked at me too.

"I will never--" Shravan was cutted as Kancha called me from the opposite side of the door.

"Suman? How much time will you take?" She asked.

"Give me 5 more minutes." I said and she went back downstairs.

"What is going to change in this 5 minutes?" Shravan asked his eyes showing how much hurt he is.

"Everything can change. Our whole life will be turned, either with happiness or with regret. It all depends on you." I said and he looked at me with hope in his eyes.

"Then listen, let's just turn our world." He said taking hands in his.

"I promise I'll mend everything. Enough of running away from my problems, from this world, from you. Enough beating around the bush. Because...." He stopped.

"Because?"

"Because I loved you and I always will. You are the only person that keeps me sane. I love you. Please, say this one time. Say that you also love me. Don't lie, not today." He confessed.

He finally did.

Shravan's POV

As soon as I confessed, she jumped on me hugging me tightly. To save both of us from falling, I put one of my hands on her back and one behind me on the table.

Maybe making few things fall.

"Love you too, Shravan. I love you." She confessed as I can feel her crying. Out of happiness.

I hugged her bringing her closer to me, as close as possible.

"I love you, I love you, I love you." She kept saying and so did I.

She pulled herself away, still in my embrace. I wiped her tears and kissed her cheeks.

"Shravan? What will happen now? What will we tell downstairs? Vikram is probably waiting for me." She said and the tears in her eyes came back.

"Sumo. Stop crying. I will do something, don't worry." I said and hugged her.

"I missed you so much." She said and rested her head on my chest.

"I missed you too." I said and kissed her forehead.

"You were right, even a little bit of time can change your whole life." I said and smile. I can feel her smile against my chest.

"Now, let's go down or else they will probably have doubts." Suman said and adjusted her lehenga and make up.

"Okay?" She asked.

"Okay." I said looking how perfect she looks in this dress.

Although I hate the fact that this dress was selected by Vikram, but one day I'll select dresses for her.

I also checked my sherwani and we both headed down. Suman looked at me before going up at the stage.

I gave her an assuring smile and signaled her to go.

She went up at the stage but kept looking at me every other second.

"Vikram, make her wear the ring." Kanchan said and Suman looked at me tensed.

"Wait a minute." I stopped Vikram, who was putting a ring in my Suman's finger.

I went ahead and separated their hands, a little smile forming on her face.

As I was about to say, I heard a voice.

"Shravan!"
