Enchanment

Chapter 1

"Ash wake up you're going to be late for school."

"I'm up dad." I roll out of bed and walk over to my bathroom; I hop in the shower and let the warm water wake me up. I put black skinny jeans and a red and black flanel, and black hi-tops. I leave my hair wet and curly, I apply some lip gloss because that all a girll really needs. I never bother with makeup. i honestly thing it's a waste of time, i'd feel like i was going to go audition for the circus. I run down stairs just in time to see my dad leaving out the door. "Have a good day, be safe love you!" i holler after him smileing slightly. I grab my keys and my bag. "Jesse c'mon i'm ready to go!" i yell up stairs.

"About freaking time, I've been waiting an enternity for you."

I spin around and see Jesse jump up from the couch.

"Opps." We walk out to my car, it's my pride and joy. Twenty minute later we're at the school. As soon as i go to park Jesse jumps out of the car. Thank god i wasn't going fast. "Dammit Jess you could have waited for me to stop first!"

"Sorry!" He says with an apologetic face, I cant help but laugh as He turns and walks off towards his friends after stoping and placing a kiis on the cheek of a short blonde girl.

"Ok fun and games are over its time to get serious." I say to my self, take a deep breath and get out the car and head inside.

"ASTI!!!" I hear someone yell then pick me up and hug me from behind. Just as i was going to flip out on who ever was touching me, i was set back down; I turned around. Relief washed over me. Yes, i didnt have to kill some one today. He embraced me again "Oh god Asti how i've missed you."

"Noah let go of me now. Its only been a weekend."

"But it was aour first weekend apart, I think i'm gunna cry."

"Oh stop you sound like a little girl. You're making me sick!" I smile a little. HE puts his arm around my shouldrs and we start walking.

"Well what ddo you expect, You try being apart from your best friend for THREE whole days."

"If you haven't realized I did you dummy,  If you were apart from your best friend then clearly i was too, considering it's you!." I pause. "And you know....." He loooks at me skeptically. " I enjoyed evry second of it." I teased.

"You're such a dick Asti He sticks his tounge out at me. "Soo wat cha dooin?"

"Same thing as you idiot, going to class. How did you even end up with all honor an AP classes with that pathetic brain of yours?I laugh as he stops and puts a hand over his chest and opens his mouth in suprise.

"You Astriana Josemae Polly Nelson, are one rude lady." He says in a fancy way and starts laughing hard. i glare at him and cover his mouth with my hand.

"Why the hell would you say my full name out loud?!" He licks my hand and i oull back. "Whats wrong with you!?"

"Everything, and you love me for it." He smirks.

We walk in to home room and take our usual seats by the window, in the back.

"You know michael just got switched into our home room."

"Why should i care?" I say as i look out of the window.

"I dont know, i remember how you told me you've never seen his face."

"Well thats because he's always turned around when i see him."

"Oh well. hey did you drive today?" I ask

"No Melanie drove us, why?"

"You're coming with me after school, got it? I look at him and smirked. He started at me skeptically, then his eyes got wide

"Asti.... Are we-... gunna..?" He asks. and i bite my lip and nod yes. He jumps up and yells "Yes!, oh my god we haven't done that in a long time. I cant wait."

"i cant wait either but you know......" I smile "We could just leave now"

"Yes after homeroom." he grins like a child. i look over and see some one next to me. why are they here, no one ever sits by me and noah. oh well, i turn and look out the window waiting for the bell to ring so i can just ditch this prison. I feel a tap on my shoulder and i can feel my anger build. No one touches me. i turn to see who it was

"Who the hel-" I stop, i've never seen him but i think i know him.

"Woah calm your tits, i was going to ask for a pencil." he smirks. did he really just say that to me? i ball my fists to stop the urge to slap him across his face; noah sees me and he sets his hand on my arm to calm me down.  "You know what nevermind, if you're anything like your brother im sure you dont have one. you probably dont even understand what im saying." he chuckles and turns back around. That basterd was going to get it now.

"Who the hell do you think you are talking about my brother like that"

""Sorry if you cant handle the truth." He shrugs. i feel noah grab my arm but i shake him off with out thinking i punched the guy in the face and he fell back in his chair. He sits there and doesn't get up, he touches his nose and wipe the blood away. I knew to control myself to an extent. i bent down and grabed his hair and whisperd to him.

"No one talks about my family like that, you disrespectful prick." i say as i let go of his hair and stand up. "Lets go noah" We walk out of the school, why do people have to piss me off.

"So how do you feel after finally seeing his face?" Noah asks as we get in to my car.

"That was him?"

"You didnt even realize the guy you punched? wow Atri thats new."

"Oh shut it."

"Are we still going?"

"Yes i deffinatly need it now." i say

"Man we haven't been to Quality Dairy in so long!" Noah smiles. He rolls down the window and yells as i drive, "WE'RE GOING TO QD TO GET DONUTS AND SLUSHIES HELL YAAA!"

"Noah shut up and stop yelling." i laugh. My phone gos off. Noah grabs it looks at the message and sets my phone down with a disapointed look. "What was it?"

"Your dad left on a buisness trip again and he said jesse staying at kimberlys."

"Whats wrong with that, he always leaves."

"I hate you being all alone.'

"Then stay, you always do."

"I cant, my lovely step father told me to watch the kids." He says annoyingly

" i'll be fine trust me." we go and get our donuts and slushie then spend the whole day together. "Our parents are gunna kill us for doing this again.

"Yeah i know." i drive him to his house really late. "Bye Asti call me when you get home promise?"

"Yes Noah, see ya." i drive off in about ten minutes i pull int my driveway and see my front door cracked open. What the.... i slowly walk throught the door and see no one. i check the kitchen still no one. i turn around and start to head up stairs when some one grabs me from behind and covers my mouth

"I'm not going to hurt you. Just don't freak out please. i hear a mans voice whisper in my ear. I nod signaling i understand but as soo as this guy lets go im going to give him something he'll never forget.
