Wow, was all I could think. I can not believe that he really told him. They both went behind my back and told him..

“Hey i know wha you are thinking,  we haven’t told him anything.. yet. We need you to.”

“Wow, make me seem like the bad guy, thanks guys.” I retorted.

“Okay with someone please tell me whats going on here? And why you guys are getting married? And why three big black guys had to literally drag me out go the house? And-“ Lee was cut off before I could say anything.

“Hold your questions till you speak with my daughter alone.” Dad said as he held his hand up to ‘silence’ Lee.

I motioned for Lee to follow me, which he did. I took him all the way upstairs and pulled him into my room, then to the balcony. I went to the rail and he soon followed me out there. The crips summer breeze with a touch of sea salt from the water, hit us. It felt nice. The type of weather someone was to get married in, or to have a party, or go to the park! But not in this situation, I mean I am about to tell one of my closest best friends that is a perv and that i may or may not have feelings for him.. Wow this is harder than i intended.

“Okay Lee I going to start this shit straight, please if you have any questions ask me i don’t care if you interrupt me. Okay a while back my dad meet my mom in a little cafe on the out skirts of this town. It was a dream come true, that was until my mom got pregnant.”

“With you right?” Lee looked at me, I just kept my looking straight ahead.

“This is where it all starts, that little baby boy in her stomach defiantly wasn’t me. I had a bother, his name was Axion, he was the greatest big brother anyone could have. And he was mine. He was only about three years older than me. At the age of 16 he got all involved with this all of the gangs and alcohol and drugs. I didn’t know about any of this, until i turned about 16 and he was 19. One day, one very important day, the day I learner about dads gang and all of the drugs and guns, and Axion was the reason why. He wanted out of it, all of it. But he was the man, he was first born, it was his job to carry this ‘company’ running. But he gave up, and left it all to me. By the age of 18 i knew more than average drug dealer and heir to a gang.”

“I used to look up to him an until he just quit. I didn’t want to take over, no one ever does so I did what any ordinary teenager does… runaway. I don’t know why i couldn’t just take the responsibility, if i could go back and do the damn thing, he would still be here.” i still look off to the ocean when i feel a hand on my arm.

“Where is he?” Lee questioned.

“To be honest I have no idea. I haven’t seen him since the day i returned for my ‘runaway’ which was about a year ago. Ever since the day i ran away, dad said he went almost insane looking for me. I was his little sister and I was his little sister he’s supposed to protect me, and he fail because when i did leave i wasn’t in the right state of mind, I did many things that i regret greatly, including causing the disappearance of my brother. Still to this day we have no idea of his where abouts. But al last you see i didn’t bring you up here to tell you about my family problems, I brought you up here to tell you about my family business.” I looked at him with a smile, as he stares at me dumbfoundedly .

“What family business? And you said stuff about drugs, and a gang!? What was that about? Im sorry for the bombardment of questions but i didn’t want to interrupt you. But seriously tell me what is going on!” he exclaimed.

“You know what i think you have had enough stories today, considering that you were drugged to be brought here against your will and all…”

“Wait how did you know that they drugged me I don’t remember telling you that?”

“Sweet I know my father, that big man that i have the same eyes as, yeah that’s him, well anyway i know the way he works because he taught me everything i know, him and Axion.” i walked towards the door and he doesn’t move, “Well are you coming or not?” Thats when he realizes that i am no longer next to him I’m at the other side of the room, by the door.

“Yeah, but you are telling me the rest tomorrow right?” he questions.

I nodded.
