"Y/N! My beloved daughter you have finally come home"

A woman wearing a white dress with bits of gold, she smiled at the sight of you while you awkwardly smiled back.

"I-it's nice to be back! heheh..." you chuckled flinching when she suddenly grab a hold of your shoulders then lightly gave your cheeks kisses before pulling away, "Glad to hear! now come, come you must be tired dear. why won't you take a small nap? for we have so much to do in the evening" she said leading you to what you assumed was your bedroom.

you frowned in confusion as you stopped to look at her "P-pardon? what do you mean we have much to do in the evening?" The queen froze and slowly turned her head to you giving you a cheeky smile.

"well you see dear uh.. I have decided to throw a small ball for your arrival, all of the different Kings and Queens and their heirs from all kingdoms are going to attend to welcome you back" she answered acting like a child who was lying her way out of trouble, you hummed nodding in understanding.

"Okay.. but in all honesty you didn't have to do anything at all mother. coming home to you safe and sound is more than enough" You smiled kindly treating her as your actual mother, she froze and looked at you in awe with watery eyes.

you sweat dropped when she tackled you in a hug sobbing on your shoulder "My Precious baby girl! all grown up now, i can't remember the last time you said something so sweet and honest. Mommy promises to introduce you to a fine Man who can take care of you" She cried.

you forced a smile petting her back and just let her cry it out 

'A fine Man?' your thoughts immediately came to Taehyung. you frowned now realizing you had no time for games, you still had two prince's to find after all.

'Wait.. she said she threw a ball where all of the royals from other kingdoms are going to attend. she I can somehow convinced her to allow non-royals in maybe I can find Taehyung and the other prince' You thought when the Queen finally lets go. a servant walked on over to give her a clean cloth for her tears which she took.

"I will put the thoughts of Grandchildren aside and just focus on finding the perfect man to give you eternal happiness" she said wiping away her tears. you blushed slightly startled to what she said.

"G-grandchil- nevermind.. Mother?" you called out.

she gave back the used cloth to the servant who bowed and walked away only to be replaced by one of his fellow servants in case the Queen needs anything.

"Yes Dear?" she asked you hesitated for a moment before speaking up "Is it possible for anyone to come to the Ball? even commoners?" you suggested.

the Queen frowned deep in thought "It is possible.. but why in the world would you want to invite-"

"I want everyone to have fun just for one night. think of it as a small reward for everyones hard work whether if they just finished sweeping dust off the ground or is currently ruling a kingdom" you cut her off giving her a look to show that you were serious.

she started to tear up again making the servant to give her another clean cloth.

"That trip changed you into an even better Princess. makes me wonder on what happened" she chuckled cupping one of your cheeks "But that will have to wait.. Your suggestion will be granted. in the mean time take a small rest, for you will have to go out hunting later on" she said kissing your forehead.

you nodded giving her a small bow "Understood. I will be going now"

The Queen smiled and watched you walk off to where you assumed was your bedroom
