You worked in a café shop, just earning some pocket money before summer break ended. There was also another employee besides you, Hyeongjun, well-known for his young appearance and cheerful attitude. But no one else worked in the small shift so you know Hyeongjun well enough for you both to hang out daily. Whether you got hang out in his house or nightly partying. It was never-ending broad fun with him. And business tends to slow down at evenings and at nighttime. So you and Hyeongjun had a lot of time to spare during the nightly shift.

'I think that's the last for tonight.' You said as you looked out of the clear window.

'I suppose... But do you have some time after this shift?' Hyeongjun asked anxiously.

You tilted your head to him and shook your head. 'Oh! How about we spend the night at my house!?' You said when an idea sparked up.

'Me-?' He said as stars shined in his eyes.

'Yeah! Plus don't you have something to tell me? I mean... I was just judging from what you said earlier.' You mentioned.

'Oh- Uhm.. I was just about to invite you to my house too.' Hyeongjun replied as he got a cloth out from the drawers.

'Really? But maybe we should go to my house for today...' You said with a small chuckle. 'I'm getting too use to your house and it's better if I get you familiar to my place.'

Hyeongjun hummed softly and handed you the cloth. 'I suppose. Then I'll meet you at your place, how about that?'

'Sure thing.' You noted as you wiped the tables down.

Hyeongjun lugged the chairs on the tables after you were done wiping them down. He placed him upside down, where the seat is aligned onto the table. After you were down cleaning the tables, you went back to the counter and swiftly washed the piled dishes. While you were doing that, he proceeded to get the broom, carefully leaving no trace of food on the ground and after that, a quick mop around the café. You and Hyeongjun had a set of chores that you both followed and it barely changes unless the owner added something to it. Like clean out the fridge when the café closes for the break or leave the blinds on. But that rarely happens and the owner sticks the usual.

'Ya done?' You asked as you stretched at the back of the counter.

'Almost, but you can leave without me. I'll catch up with you later.' Hyeongjun said as he got the mop out.

'No! I'll wait for you. You know I'm scared to be alone at night.' You muttered with a short shiver.

He laughed at you and nodded. You went alone to the locker room to get change. You swiftly took off the apron and undone your hair. You gripped on the clips that hanged outside of your pocket and placed the clips on the right side of your hair, pushing your hair out of your eyes. You approached the mirror that was near the door and smiled at your reflection. You brushed your hair back and proceeded to take your uniform off. Exiting out of the room, you tapped on Hyeongjun's shoulder.

'Wanna take turns? You can also change while I'm doing this. More convenient.' You stated and he agreed, carefully handing the mop to you.

'Thanks.' Hyeongjun said with a cheerful smile. 'Oh, by the way, you're already wearing the clip I gave you?'

'Yep it is. It's just too cute.' You answered delightedly.

'More like the person who is wearing it is cute.' He said before closing the locker room.

You swiftly covered your smile and silently listened to your heart beat. The loud and nonstop noise did not cease over the few seconds, covering the small part of your life with flying butterflies. You squealed a bit and wandered around the café. Trying to calm down the greediness before you started to mop the remaining parts of the floor. You continued to finish cleaning, but your heart beat only pounded louder. Overtime, the clips only filled your mind and the unbearable noise that wanted to take control, but didn't, grew only with time.

'Get a hold of yourself.' You muttered to yourself as you tried to clean up the water.

You just gave up from the work and did most of the mopping. But it wasn't fully cleaned and did not met the requirements from the owner's expectations. But in the end, you went to the back of the café and poured the dirty water out. The mop and bucket were stored in a small room besides the locker room and finally you knocked on the door and Hyeongjun opened the door.

'Welcome back Y/n!' He smiled.
