I look up and watch the beautiful snow flakes fall from the sky. They land on the ground and attatch to my coat. This is beautiful. I live somewhere where it is usually hot, so just the fact its snowing is nice. It is nice even though it is not much, it is nice even though it melts as it first touches my skin,the floor, or my tounge.
I watch the snow fall, dancing, across the cold wind. I watch it drift back and forth, slow and calm. It's beautiful. The snow begins to stick. I sit and watch, cuddled in my coat and scarf, watching the brown squishy ground get covered with beautiful soft snow.
I go inside for awhile keeping watch outside. I make hot coacoa and grab my favorite mug and walk outside, the hot coacoa warming my hands and throat. The snow if beginning to gather on the trees and bushes.
I love the snow, it's beauiful and I wish it would snow more. I walk over to the snow watching the floor. I pick up a bit of snow. Its not as soft as I imagined but it's still nice. I lay in the snow and enjoy the snow as it drifts onto me. I look at my navy blue coat and see that it is no longer navy blue, its white.
I've always wanted to be like those people in movies. I open my mouth and get some snowflakes in my mouth. Hmm, no taste. That's what I thought. I thought about what people did in movies and decided to try it out.
I began to movie my arms from my side to my head and moved my legs together and apart. A snow angle. I finish and I stand up to take a look. I think its wonderful. Then I thought of one of the other activities people do in movies. I start to roll a giant ball of snow until its about the size of a body. I take another hunk of snow and make it about the size of a head. A snowman. It looks nice, but not complete.
I go inside the house and gather a carrot, some beads, and and coal. I walk outside to the snowman and l press the carrot in the middle of the face. I take two green beads and stick them above the carrot. Nose and eyes. I take 3 peices of coal and stick them up and down on the body. It's almost complete but something is mising. I know! I take of my neon green scarf and wrap it around the snowmans neck. I also take off my navy blue jacket and put it on the snowman.
Now it is complete.
