“I'm sorry Kami”. Tears flooded my eyes. “But you can't leave me brother!” I demanded. No matter how much I begged him to stay he wouldn't listen. The door slammed. What was I to do now? He was gone. The first thing I wanted to do was run to my Father to tell him what has happened but Hirohito instructed me to stay quiet about it and when Father asks where he is I must simply tell him I don't know. A few hours passed by as my mind remained scrambled but I finally decided to tell my Father, after all he has a right to know his own son has disappeared. I left my room and noticed the sky had gone dark, there were no stars shining tonight. After a while of staring up into the sky as I pondered down the hallway I soon reached the balcony of the main hall. I saw my fathers soldiers rushing outside. I stopped dead in my tracks as the sound of screaming became louder and louder.
“Hide Princess!”. Maids hurried from the castle, screaming and crying as they ran. My heart beat was vastly increasing as I panicked. “I said hide! Kaminari!”. Lord Rikuyo shouted at me again. I didn't know where to turn, where to go, what to do? I nodded to ensure him I heard him loud and clear. Table. I ran to the table on the balcony. It had a white netted cloth covering the whole thing. I lifted the cloth and folded myself to fit underneath it. Would I really be safe here? Within seconds the maids had dissappeared, Lord Rikuyo was nowhere to be seen. What was happening? I was shivering uncontrollably as if i had been outside in the cold for days but it wasn't temperature that was taunting my body, it was fear.
"Ha! Nobody can help you now... Sensei". The doors to the front of the castle slammed fiercely. The voice that spoke sounded arrogant, dangerous, It was deeper than the ocean, colder than the midnight sky. Who was this man? Suddenly my father approached him from nowhere. I wanted to run to him. As I lifted the cloth to climb out of the table I caught a glimpse of Lord Rikuyo standing with his back to the wall so nobody on the ground floor could see him. His eyes were huge as he glared at me. As he stood there, stiffly, he raised his finger over his mouth and gestured me to be quiet. I was confused. Then he nodded his head slightly as if to tell me to stay under the table and so I did. I had never in my life disrespected this man. I trusted his decisions and If I must stay under the table then I shall.
"So... what do I owe the pleasure of your visit Lord Akuma?" My Father asked, he didn't sound confident... "Tatsuo, You know why I'm here..." The man became angrier. "and you know you will never have her Akuma, so turn and leave... And take your damn ninjas with you!" I saw a side to my Father I had never seen before. His face was red and his fists were clenched. By this point I knew something bad was going to happen. My blood felt like fire, pumping through my heart. I could hear it. My skin felt starved of hydration and became hot. I held my hands over my face as if to hide from everything. I didn't want my Father getting hurt by this stranger. Akumas' face became more and more frustrated as he stared dead at my Father. "You know I'm walking out of here with her Tatsuo". Who? The only other females in this castle were the maids, apart from me, but he couldn't possibly mean me. What have I done? Around about 13 ninjas surrounded my Father. "Don't worry boys, I'll make your death quick-" and at the last word my Father spoke he pulled his Katana from his back and lunged himself toward the first ninja who ran at him. Although I were a stranger to the sight of death I didn't want to look away. I had to make sure my Father won this fight. Within seconds all 13 ninjas were laid helpless on the floor as they bled to death. I may have felt a bit sorry for them, they didn't stand a chance against my father
