Some Tips!

There are many methods that you can use to shift, I personally use the Raven method. In this method you lay in a starfish position and start counting form 1 to 100. I basically keep counting until I see some signs to shift which can be your hands and legs starting to feel numb, seeing white lights flashing, hearing noises from your dr etc. I recommend listening to subliminals while trying to shift and also throughout the day! Like even while doing your homework or working out etc. Subliminals help me focus on things. Also, meditating helps alot. Meditating helps to calm yourself down so that you don't panic when you shift or something. You have to stay hydrated!! Once you shift, it takes alot of mental strength so remember to not shift every single night, it's the worst thing you can do. Your mind needs rest! I recommend only shifting twice or thrice a week. Don't lose hope, shifting takes time!! You will shift soon! Shifting is easy!
