Here is yet another poem I wrote a while ago, not two years this time though.

Evicted is a word that children should never know.

Homeless is a word that children should never know.

Death is the thing that children should never know.

Pain is a thing that children should never feel.

Loss is a thing children should never feel.

Abuse is a thing that children should never experience.

Drunk is a thing that children should never experience.

Lonely should be a foreign feeing only heard about in princess stories.

Alone is something for the fish in the sea.

All these things we see and hear.

And all these things we choose to ignore.

All theses things I see and hear.

And all these things I choose to ignore.

All these things should not be ignored.

All these things should be seen and heard.

We should catch these pieces before they fall.

We must catch these pieces before they break.

And catch these children before they fall.

And catch theses children before they break.
