Jim brings his Vulture to left side of highway and try to call Matt.

Jim is trying once again to contact his other friends only result in nothingness.
"No response. Either outside of range or jamming. But I doubt about that."
After eliminated Amon, a peace treaty was created and accepted by Terran Dominion, Protoss Daelaam, and Zagara's Zerg. The only enemy Jim can guess are either Terran Pirates, hostile Protoss Tribes or Feral Zergs. Anyway, Jim must think next move as soon as possible.
He rides his Vulture and bring it to vast dry land 1 km from his former position. Finding a flat land, he decides to build a base there. Sounds outrageous for other but not for Jim. Fortunately, he has Varast and many useful thing inside it.
When Artanis gave Jim the device, it already contained some blueprints for Protoss shield system, warp gate concept, starship, and necessary materials for research purpose. Using that generous gift, he upgrades his own forces and later Dominion Armed Force. During war against Amon's Forces, Jim collected many goods from battlefields and secret places. Such as minerals, barrels of vespene gas, money, documents, weapons, armors, vehicles, ships, every suspicious thing from Moebius Corps, even remnant equipment from UED. Jim can not store buildings, but with exception for some Terran buildings which has ability to lift up because of thrusters.
Jim pick Varast from his pocket and activate the device. A blue holo display list appears from it. Using search function, he finds a Command Center and deploy it. A blue shade-like object appears and solidfy into a 3 stories building.

Then, Jim enters the building. Soon, Jim reaches Operations Room and activates the adjutant.
