Layla's story

Day 1

Layla wakes up after dreaming, " Aww man! I missed the good part!.. ". Layla went on her phone to check her unread messages, then she smelled food that was coming from the kitchen" I wonder what we're going to have for breakfast " Layla opened her door and went running down the stairs. When she got downstairs she saw her brother and mother eating without her. " Eating without me, again," Layla said, " Sorry hun, your brother was begging for food " Laylas mother said, "Begging? He just sounds like a child doing that- " Layla thought in her mind. Layla went upstairs and went into her room and closed the door, She sat on her bed and realized that she had a text message from Aiden, her crush, The text message said " Morning Layla, wanna hang out with me? " Layla responded back while having a smile on her face " Yeah!! What time or date? I'm free today! ", Aiden replied and said, " Okay, we'll meet near my house 4:30, hope to see you there ". Layla was very excited and couldn't wait to see him,*a few minutes later*  it was already 3:50 and Layla got up from her bed from watching YouTube, she got dressed up, She got her shoes on and opened the door, and slowly walked downstairs while her mother and brother were watching the TV, She then opened the door gently and went outside, She didn't want her mother noticing her going out, She walked all the way towards Aidens house and saw him standing next to the door, " Aiden! " Layla shouted, Aiden looks at her " Oh hi Layla! " Layla kept walking towards Aiden "so.. where are we going?" Layla said, " It's a surprise~ " Aiden replied to Layla, Layla was blushing " O-Okay.. ". They both started walking together while having a conversation, Layla knows that she talks with Aiden a lot, but she never hanged out with him, she always wondered where she could ask him out, this seemed like a perfect day to tell him about her feelings about him. -They finally arrived at the carnival-  " Wow!! This place is so amazing! " Layla said, " Follow me," Aiden said to Layla, So Layla followed Aiden, Layla looked everywhere but no one was at the carnival, She began to think... " Why isn't there anyone here? She said to Aiden " That's why it's called a hangout. " Aiden said " Oh, Oh! Of course.. Hahah!.. " Layla said while having an embarrassed feeling, but still, she's exited for hanging around  with her crush. Aiden stopped walking and let go of Layla's hand, "Alright.. Come out now. ", Layla was confused and said " Wh-What?.. " Two guys with buckets of cold water with ice inside came up behind Layla and threw the water on her " WH-WHAT THE- " Layla fell onto her knees and shivered from the cold water on her, she was completely soaking wet. " HAHAHAHA!! YOU THOUGHT THIS WAS AN ACTUAL HANGOUT WITH JUST ME AND YOU? WRONG! " Aiden said, " But I thought you liked me.. " Layla said, " HAHA WHY WOULD I EVER LIKE SUCH A LOSER LIKE YOU? " Aiden replied to Layla, Layla ran away crying from the empty carnival and went behind a store, " After all these days, months and years he didn't even like me.. My stupid self thought he took me on a date, but that's not how it works doesn't it?.. " Layla said talking to herself. Layla wanted to call or text her mother on her phone but she didn't want to worry her. Layla sighed and laid down still crying, she couldn't forget what just happened. { It was 7:09 PM } Layla was starving, she noticed she was behind a store " Oh? How did I not notice this earlier? " She got up and went in front of the store and went inside, The door ringed when Layla went inside, She got Cheetos and water and when she was done she went near the cash register guy, " That will be $40 ma'am. " The guy said and Layla paid him the dollars and left the store { The bell from the door rings when Layla left the store } " This will probably help.. " She ate the cheetos and drank the water that she got from the store, She began to head home cause she knows her way home, When she for home she looked inside her bothers room and looked around, when she saw no one was in his room she went inside his room slowly and gently going upstairs to her room, When she got inside her room she gently closed her door and jumped on her bed and cried later on, she cried herself to sleep and began to dream about everyone leaving her including her family, basically gets abandoned.
