The next day Riley reminded me that we had to go to the dance that they have year round. I agreed and we got our clothes ready for that afternoon. Me and Riley headed to get our hair and makeup professionally done. I wanted to look perfect just in case I saw that boy from the mall. I don't know about Riley but I was so excited for the dance.
After we got our makeup and hair done we headed back to the house to put on out dressed it was almost time to leave when we got finished so we decided to just get us a snack before we went. As we ate me and Riley talked about how we both looked so Beautiful. Riley had the same idea as me to look as perfect as can be for her guy she saw at the mall, I was happy that if we all ended up together we would be able to have double dates, it would be so much fun.
After we got done eating we headed to the dance, at that moment I started getting butterflies and I thought to myself, what if he doesn't like me or what if he isn't even here. I tried my best to keep my mind off of it and just focus on the road and just talk to Riley.
Once we got there me and Riley walked In there together looking carefully for "our" guys. Once we noticed them some weight lifted off my shoulder I felt a little better. Me and Riley headed straight towards the food and had conversations for a little bit. "Mmm this food is so good" I said
"Omg that guy looks so much hotter closer"Riley gasps.
I turned back to see them not to far behind us.
"Ooh-la-la" I said laughing afterwards. I turned back and starred at him more and more not even paying attention to him starring back once I saw him I blushed a little and turned back to Riley.
"Omg your guy is headed over here!" Riley said all excited for me as hers was headed over also.
I turned around and he was right there. "Oh hey" I said smiling
Hey I noticed you starring, my names Harry by the way" he said
I blushed and laughed "yea I noticed you starring also, my names Kate" I said.
"Well I'll leave you to alone bye kate" Riley said.
"Riley wait,no"I screamed, it was to late she had already ran off with her man and apparently his name was Liam. I turned back around to face Harry.
"So i haven't seen you around much, do you live here?" He asked nicely
"No I'm just visiting my best friend for this summer," I replied smiling at how hot he looked with his curly hair and green eyes.
"Well me and my friends are going to the beach this weekend would you and your friend like to come along?" Harry asked looking at me straight in the eyes.
"We would love to, I'll see you then" I said smiling bright and blushing
"Ok see you then bye Kate" he said waving me goodbye and heading towards his friends. I searched through the group of people trying to find Riley, luckily I found her on the dance floor eating some food and found her someone to talk to. I walked up to her and told her the news after that we danced together and headed home.
