Why are Nymphidora and Remus dating?

I legit just watched the half blood prince.

It's like so dumb.

I feel like it came out of the blue and was completely rushed like Ginny and Harry and Hermione and Ron except we saw Nymphidora in like one movie and then she's dating Sirius' soulmate like wtf.

I also feel like if Remus was really in love with Nymphidora, at that meeting, Remus would have been sitting next to her and cuddling NOT SITTING WITH SIRIUS AND CUDDLING.

I'm also not just a raging Wolfstar fan girl because I hAvE a ThEoRy!

I think Remus and Sirius WERE dating and then Sirius um......was killed so Remus went into an emotional breakdown because his last hope in humanity perished who also happened to be his stress buddy so when Nymphidora jumped on the chance to ask Remus out Remus excepted because he really needed the emotional support and then when Dora got pregnant it wasn't in fear of giving the child Lyconthropy that Remus tried to run away it was actually the guilt of moving on that fast and having another life with a person that asked him out like a week after the love of his life was killed.

It's midnight gimme a break
