First Choice. Anakin Skywalker x reader

Chapter 1

I open my eyes in panic and look over to my left, it is still dark outside. I was having a nightmare again, a Jedi isn't supposed to have those, right?

I stay in bed for about ten minutes then I have to get up. The council wants me to meet them as early as possible, I still don't know what the whole thing is about, but Master Allie wanted me there.

I know I'm still just a Padawan but I think I have to do something important, why else would I have to there so early.

I drag on my Jedi robes and put my hair up in a bun, still letting my Padawan braid hang beside it and then I walk out of my room. The corridors are empty, they are always full of people and sounds so if feels wierd to hear every single footstep i take.

I stop outside the door of the Jedi Council, what if it was just a dream? Maybe I wasn't supposed to be here.
The door in front of me slides open.

I walk in and see the whole council sitting there "Young y/l/n, happy we are to see you." Yoda says. I bow and look over at my Master sitting on a chair to my right. "You wanted to see me" I say and clear my throat to hide a yawn. I'm still not used to wake up this early. "Tell you we will" my head turns over to Master Yoda again. He stands up and walks closer to me. "Waiting for company we are" he says as he walks by my legs.

I still don't know why I'm here or who we are waiting for. Just when the thought had passed by the door behind me opens. "I am so sorry I'm late" I hear a familiar voice say. I turn around to see Anakin and his Master stand in the doorway.

I know I'm not supposed to get attached to anyone but I've liked Anakin since I was twelve. That's a long time considering the fact I'm nineteen now.

"Now that you both are here" Master Windu says. I look at Anakin and we make eye contact, I turn around as fast as possible to make it less awkward. "We have decided you two are going to help Senator Padmé to go back to Naboo" I can't understand why we would to that, we both are still Padawan's. I don't know how but I know Anakin is thinking the same. Even though we both still don't understand why, we agree to do it.

After a while we are meeting outside, this time Padmé is here. We are going to fly her to Naboo and make sure she's okay. "y/n?" I hear and turn around to see Anakin carrying a big box "do you need a hand?" I say and try to hide my laughter. I don't know how but He still noticed it. "Really funny" he says sounding a little bit irritated. "I didn't say anything" a say and throw my hands up in the air as a gesture to prove I'm innocent. "I know, but you were thinking" he mumbles.

We make sure everything is packed before we lift of. Padmé walks to the back of the ship to get some rest and Artoo rolls in to a room too while me and Anakin are flying. "We are going in to hyperspace" I say and look over at the boy sitting next to me. His smile makes me so happy, I don't know how to explain it, but being  around Anakin is really lighting up everything to me.

This was going to be hard, I mean pretending to not have feelings. I can not be imagining being in relationships, it's against the whole point of being a Jedi.

I notice how Anakin is laughing. "What?" I say trying to shake of the thoughts. "Who knows." He's always trying to be so funny. "Common tell me" I say and slightly push his shoulder. "I'm telling you later, do you know for how long we're staying on Naboo?" Why is he always changing subjects. "Master Allie said we're staying for two weeks" it seems like a long time. "Two weeks? How am I going to be able to handle you for TWO WEEKS?" Really funny Skywalker, really funny. I push him again but a little harder this time.

We are laughing as we are going out of hyperspace. I see the big planet show up in front of us. It's so beautiful. I can see the big forests and oceans. I haven't left Coruscant in my entire life.

"Could you wake her up?" Anakin says and gives me a smile. He's adorable, his voice is so soothing. I walk back to find her in the room as far back as possible in the ship. "Hi, we're going in for landing" I say, Without even thinking of knocking first, she smiles and nods. I walk out of the room and close the door after me.
