Reaper of Magical Madness - Part Two

Whipped in the stomach, Chai is sent flying. Straight into the glass. 'Run' starts to play and Kai appears. Rory, Wild dog and Curtis appear inside Kai's car. "What the fuck?! How the fuck did we get in here?!" Wild dog screams. "Oh Rory was only supposed to be in here. But I guess you guys can stay here." Kai answers without taking his eye off the road. "Who are you again?" Rory asks. "Kai Grimm nice to meet you again." Kai answers. "Hi I'm Jason Todd. His boyfriend. You may wanna hold on it's going to get a bit crazy." Jason introduces himself. "Full speed Creedine." Kai says into a microphone. "Full speed?" Curtis asks confused. "You need to slow down dude! We're going to crash into all those trees!!!" Wild dog says as he looks ahead. "We won't." Jason says and relaxes. "Manual mode. Turn off auto pilot." Kai tells his car. It changes from auto pilot on auto to manual. As Kai enters the forest full of trees all three of the boys hug each other. In fear of their lives. Kai does multiple hand brake turns and dodges every tree. Until he holds the brake for too long and spins his car backwards. "Dude now we are going to crash!" Curtis yells out. Kai looks at both side mirrors going back fourth between the two. He swings around every tree and dodges all the branches along with the trees. "How the fuck is he doing that?" Wild dog asks amazed. "He probably didn't mention something. Kai Grimm X-Games World Champion of Motor Sports." Jason answers. "No way." Wild dog looks at Kai; wide eyed. "Yes I'm him." Kai answers. "Hold up you said I was only supposed to appear. What do you mean by that?" Rory asks getting back to reality. "Chai Lee has deep feelings for you and she needs you to stay with me. Even though we've defeated a person who can enter someone's mind and find out anything personal that they really care about doesn't mean their powers haven't passed onto this one." Kai answers. "If the reaper finds you, chai Lee has to do what any of us do to our loved ones. Protect them. Take every hit. If that happens then chai won't be able to heal fast like she usually does and will have to stay under protection by Creedine and Briella." Kai finishes off. "Take every hit?" Curtis asks. "Yeah, Kai took a sonic boom to the back for me and managed to stay put. He shattered his spine and kept fighting. Chai would do the same." Jason answers. "Are guys invincible or something?" Wild dog asks extremely concerned. "We're trained to take hits." Kai hits the breaks. "What are you doing?!" Rory yells at him. All of a sudden they hear a motor bike behind them and then under the car. A couple of steps on the roof of the car catches all three of their attention. The bike gets back to standing up position and Chai jumps onto it. "Fuck!" Wild dog yells. Chai turns her bike around to face them and takes out two shot guns. She starts shooting and takes out some monsters. But one slashes one of her tyres and she goes flying onto the car. As she manages to stand up, she is takes a sword to the stomach and several arrows to her shoulder. Chai teleports into Kai's car. "Holy shit!" Wild dog yells as she randomly appears in the car. "I just need to catch my breath." Chai puffs out. "You don't need to just catch your breath you need to see a doctor." Rory looks at her super worried. Chai places her arms on her raised knees and looks up to Rory. Blood running down her chin from her mouth, deep cuts on her face and a dagger in her collar bone reveal how much damage has been done to her. She spits blood out of her mouth to the side; near wild dogs shoes. "We're here." Kai says and stops the car. Kai leads the three boys into a protective house. As Chai waits for the Reaper to get to her she readies herself for the worse. All of a sudden Rory, Wild Dog and Curtis teleport onto the battle field. "How did we get here?" Curtis asks looking around. "You can't save all three." The reaper says and threatens all three of them. But then he teleports Curtis and Wild dog back to the safe house. Reaper charges at Rory. Chai gets to him first and pushes him out of the way. Reaper takes her neck and crushes it into the ground. "Two attacks in eight months. How do you guys heal after all this?" Curtis asks. "Well its actually ten attacks in seven months. We can regenerate really easily. But if we are shot by one of our weapons well you saw what happened last time." Kai responds. "Come with me if you want to live." Creedine pops up from one of her rabbit holes on the ground. He jumps in without hesitation. "Kai and Jason you two can go back now and Rene and Curtis come with me. I'll return you to your world." Creedine directs everyone. "But what about Chai? We can't just leave her." Curtis asks. "She'll be fine. After all she did summon me." Creedine brushes it off. After a few minutes all three of them return to the bunker. "Where have you all been?" Felicity asks concerned. "Chai was going off to go dancing or something at a club. We didn't trust her and followed her home. She yelled out someone's name and a weird looking girl called "Creedine" appeared from a rabbit hole that didn't even show the floors below. Chai noticed us and we went along with her. She then got attacked and then we saw her brother. Well we got transported into a car with her brother and his boyfriend. Chai fought off this weird looking creature and she still is." Rory explained as much as he could without going into full detail. "Why didn't you bring her with you?" Oliver asks furious. "Because the bunny girl brushed it off and told us that she would be okay." Rene answers. "He...lp...me." Chai appears on the floor with several spears and swords in her back, legs and arms. This caught the attention of Curtis who was looking down because he felt ashamed. "Oh my god! Chai!" Curtis panicked and ran to her side. They all looked to where Curtis had ran to and saw blood spilling out of her onto the floor. Black and blue blood. "I've never seen anyone with this many wounds and still alive." Oliver admits. "T...a...ke...t...hem...out." Chai struggles to say. One by one Curtis, Rory and Rene pull all the spears out of her back, legs and arms. They rolled her over only to find over a one hundred daggers and over one thousand pieces of glass sticking out of her body. "What ever did this to her basically used her as a pin cushion. Kai called the creature a magical madness reaper. One of their enemies. Extremely hard to defeat. He said it's like every villain and bad guy that the Titans, the flash, legends of tomorrow and we've ever dealt with. He must of done this to her." Rory said trying to hold back tears. "No. It wasn't the reaper. It wasn't kuro either. It was the reaper, kuro, candy creature and the shallows all together." A unfamiliar voice said behind all of them. "Briella is right." Another unfamiliar voice agreed. "We need Akida and Atalia for this as well." Creedine demanded. "Creedine who are they?" Rory asks looking at the two. "You've met Briella. And this is Lilli." Creedine introduces the two other girls to team arrow. "Briella and I are hex healers. I'm a hex jinx as well. We can heal her but it will take some time." Creedine reassures them.
