He looked over the grave of the girl of his dreams, not as the evil Dr. Horrible that everyone knows and fears, but as Billy, the friend that no one knew but only she cared for, and tried to keep dry eyes as he usually does; however, no matter how much he tries to tell himself not to, he just can’t help himself. It’s his fault she’s lying five feet below him. If only he had chosen to go to her instead of stealing the wonderflorium. The car would have never came after her and Captain Hammer wouldn’t have to be near her at all. If there was only a way he could get the girl and the successful heist. If only he could be in two places at once.

And then, it hit him. A brilliant idea that he could use for both evil and personal gain. He was going to make a machine that people were trying to obtain for many years but never knew how to make it work. But, with the wonderflorium left over from the freeze ray, Dr. Horrible was about to change history.

He was going to build a time machine.
