Once in a Lifetime

Hey! I am writing a Fan Fiction. My main topic is One Direction, the British boy band (I hope you are familiar). Also, the characters in this story are mostly going to be based off of my friends, or not so much friends at school. I am hoping maybe someone can take a hint from parts of this story. So, anyway, here is chapter 1.

Chapter 1 "It all started here"

My school is nothing out of the ordinary. It is filled with annoying teachers, annoying students, gross cafeteria food, and drama. My school spells out drama. I sat in one of the mustard-yellow, crumb-filled chairs that were surrounding our rectangular lunch table. I opened my brown bag packed with the usual; a water, an apple, and a couple of dollars to buy "chicken" or "pizza". I am almost positive they don't sell chicken in that cafeteria. Anyway, like always, I took the seat across from my best friend, CeCe. She is one of the only people I can trust at school anymore. She is pretty, short,  slightly freckled, and she has blonde medium-length straight hair. She is the most loyal and trustworthy friend a girl could ask for.I looked around to see everybody pick their seats, and they were avoiding CeCe and I like always except for Miranda. This girl was one to look up to. Miranda avoids drama at all costs. She is always nice to everybody, and never talks bad behind anybody's back. She has wavy, medium-length, brown hair that she sweeps into a low side ponytail everyday. She doesn't even try to look good, but she somehow always pulls it off. Miranda took a seat next to CeCe. Across from Miranda, Sammie took a seat. Sammie has medium-length, thick, blonde hair. She is an average weight girl who is also very pretty. I was surprised to see her sit by me today. She normally steers clear of me, and hangs around Jenna. Jenna is a long story. I am going to shorten it for you. Every year, Jenna picks a friend. If you talk to her friend, she talks over you, moves in between you two so you cannot speak to her, and ignores you. This year, Sammie is her friend. Sammie and I used to be very good friends; however, this year, she seems to be on a mission to ignore me. The last girl who joins us for lunch is Scarlett. Scarlett is a short girl, but she prefers "fun-sized". She is Romanian, so she has darkish skin which I find very pretty. She has brown hair that falls nicely over her shoulders. Scarlett is one of my better friends at school because she actually gives me the time of day. Then there is me. I am average in height. I also have dark skin because I am Italian. I have long brown hair that highlights itself naturally, and I have brown eyes to match it. CeCe and I we're talking, and so was everyone else when the unusual happened. 

     I heard a knock at the cafeteria doors. We all looked over only to see five very attractive guys. I became dizzy and almost threw up my apple. One Direction entered my school. Scarlett and I immediately fan-girled. We were the biggest Directioners at our school. Cece and Sammie are slight Directioners, and Jenna hates them. They chatted with our school lunch lady for awhile. They appeared to be explaining something. Niall walked over to our table and smiled at me, and I obviously returned the favor. Jenna groaned for she hated One Direction with her whole heart and soul. Niall smiled at me and asked, "May I sit here?"

This chapter was kind of shot, but the next one will be longer. One Direction will be in the next chapter alot more. This chapter was kind of just a get started chapter, so you know the main characters now. Keep reading and comment if you liked it!
