Come close, and listen to my tale
For when we meet, a single thread will burn
Can you hear the song of the nightingale
And do you feel the twist as the world will turn
For even in the shallow seas and when we divide
As fate would have it, a single crimson choice
Truth slips from a tongue that had only lied
And is at long last given a voice
And even when the light is shining, just know this
For even the lightest soul has demons deep inside
If you stare at the sun, you can suffer from blindness
For as long as the sun shines, so the moon will rise

My Poems
PoetryThis is just a collection of poems I've written, to be updated sporadically. The poems can be absolutely any topic, but will really depend on what I feel like writing.
