I awoke up to the sound of banning on my door. I rolled out of bed, yelling," I'm coming, I'm coming!" I opened the door to see my little brother, Blue Gemini, smiling at me. He said, " Mom's making breakfast." I rolled my eyes, smiling, and trotted down stairs. The smell of waffles wafted through the house. I sat down in the kitchen and started eating. Dad was currently in Canterlot on business. My Mom poured herself coffee while my brother drowned his waffles in syrup. Just then, I remembered me and my friends had planned to meet up at the crystal treehouse. " Sorry Mom, gotta run," I yelled, running out the door, Gemini hot on my heels.

Rainy Days POV

I flew down the hall to my brother's room. I was always first up, so I started pounding on the door. I hammered the door for a good seven minutes before he answered. He looked at me and grumbled, "it's to early!" "Well Mom and dad left for wonderbolts practice and you need to be up now if you want to eat before we meet our friends", I pointed out. I flew over to the kitchen with my brother in tow and whipped up some flap jacks and eggs. I am the best cook in the family, but it's not the biggest challenge. Mom can't cook and Dad can only make box mac and cheese. I grabbed a bite of my pancakes while I watched Salty shovel his food down. I quickly wash the dishes and dragged my brother out the door.

I walk into the castle dining room and sat down at the large crystal table in the middle. Mom was already drinking her coffee. She is the ruler of equestria. Suddenly, my mama walked into the room. Even though she has a busy schedule of party planing, she always makes time to eat breakfast and dinner with us! She was balancing five plates of food, gently setting them on the table. She was followed by my cousins, Dawn and Midnight. They're the daughters of Celestia and Luna, but they live here because their parents want them to hangout with fillies their own age. Dawn and Midnight were all to happy to not have to sit through boring meetings. After breakfast, I grabbed my mom's map of the everfree forest and all three of us raced to find our friends.

Cinnamon Apple POV

I woke up extremely excited about the day. I sprung out of bed and over to my dressing table. I brushed my mane and galloped down stairs. When I got down stairs, I heard my BFF, Sugar Spice, pounding on the door. I knew it was her because she's the only pony who sounds like a battering ram. My mother let her in and we started eating breakfast, which was French toast with cinnamon apple jam. We chatted for a while before we got going. My mother yelled for us to be safe, her tiara glinting in the light. We ran out the door, yelling hi as we passed my mama working in the orchard." Next stop, the forest," said Sugar Spice.

Luster Light POV

I was sitting at the breakfast table outside of our caravan. My little brother was practicing card tricks with our "GREAT AND POWERFUL MOTHER" (she insisted we call her this). My mom was going through new course schedules for the school of friendship, even though summer had just started. The breakfast of the day was croissants and fruit. Today we were meeting up at the crystal treehouse with our friends. I pushed away my empty plate and grabbed my satchel and levitated my brother's to him. After saying goodbye, Card Tricks took off running and I followed suite.

Crystal Rook

I awoke to the sound of birds chirping, an occupational hazard when living in the everfree forest. My moms let me live in the crystal treehouse as long as I teleport back to the crystal empire every weekend and check in. I grabbed a box of Lucky Charms and milk and sat down at the table. I snagged a book I'd been meaning to finish, Ruler's Reach (hehe quick crossover), and began eating.

After breakfast, I cleaned up the scrolls I'd been looking at last night. They were interesting, but just old mare's tales. Something about the kin of Chrysalis and Tirek coming to power, but they didn't have kids.... right?
