Toga x reader (comfort)

Imagine...

You lay in your bed looking at the ceiling, your thoughts flooding your mind clashing together. They were so big and so loud they gave you a headache when they collided. Your thoughts bounced and crashed into each other making your ears ring. You sigh and get out of bed leaving your room to go get the one thing you knew could ease your thoughts. You go to the bar and make your self a (drink your fo choice).

You pour your drink in a glass and walk over to the creates, placing your drink down, jumping up onto the creates taking a seat. You lean your back against the wall. You're thoughts quieting down with every sip of your drink while everyone else was sleeping. You take a sip and look and the scars you had all over your  arms and legs. They were fading you could barley see them now. You look at the burn Dabi  gave you on accident and ran your finger over it, remembering the first time seeing him feel genuinely sorry. You sat there remembering all the good times and memories until your thoughts start to get louder and louder crashing like waves making you eyes ache.

"Sugar... why are you still awake?" Your thoughts came to a halt, you turned to see toga rubbing her eyes cutely and yawning.

"Oh nothing I'm just couldn't sleep" you say taking down the rest of your drink. She didn't like when you drank so you would only do it when she was gone or wasn't around to see you.

She continued to stand in the door way awkwardly until you motioned for her to come sit with you. When you did her face lit up and she came over and sat on the crate. Laying down on your lap.

"Why are you awake toga?" You asked petting her head lightly. It was one of the rare times she had her hair down. She rolled over to face you.

"I saw the lights on so I came to see who was awake" she said letting out a big yawn. She sat up and laid on your shoulder.

From the corner of your eye, you had noticed that she was pushing her hair out of the way a lot. She would push it behind her ear just for it to fall back in her face, making her frustrated.

"Do you want me to put your hair up?" You asked looking over at her still trying to manage her hair.

She looked up at you and nodded her head with a big smile, then took two hair ties off of her wrist giving them to you and then running to go get her brush. When she came back you combed her hair and parted it down the middle, then put her hair in two buns. When you finished little strands of her hair were poking out.

"Y/n... are you ok" she said turning around looking at you. "And before you say yes... I know you're not because you are never drink unless something is bothering you" she said looking at you.

"Toga... my head just hurts I have a lot of thoughts running through my head... granted they aren't the best thoughts but I'm ok" your eyes started watering just enough for one tear to come from each eye.

She just looked at you...
'Why do I feel... guilty. Just from her looking at me like that. She wants me to tell her but... but I can't. I don't want to but my emotional weight on her that wouldn't be fair. She doesn't deserve tha-'

Suddenly your thought was incomplete and unfinished. The clashing of that thought and all the other ones came to a stop. For the first time tonight your mind was... silent. Your mind was quite, empty, blank. She made your mind go blank from the warmth of a hug. You had been hugged many times in the state you were in, but no one ever made your mind go blank. She squeezed your waist, with her eyes closed tight like she was a little kid wishing on a star. She intertwined her fingers to hold you closer. Your eyes were just looking down on her. She squeezed her eyes tighter, until you wrapped your arms around her and excepted her embrace. When you wrapped your arms around her, her body relaxed a little. When you felt her relax you paced a kiss on the top of her head.She took a deep breath and looked up at you with a light pink blushing she cheeks.

"Come on, we should get to bed" she said then getting on her tip toes and placing a kiss on the corner of your cheek.

You nodded and jumped off the create and walked with Toga back to your room. You got under the covers and she snuggled up next to you holding you while you held her. You looked at Toga as her eyes got heavier and gave her a quick kiss before closing your eyes and fall asleep with a quiet mind.
