 kenma doubts reality, and all he does believe is terrifying. he uses his games as an escape 

 when he was younger tendou used to eat flowers because he wanted to be pretty just like them 

on the same note, tendou used to wear his moms clothes and makeup because he wanted to be pretty 

 oikawa's god and inferiority complexes clash so bad that he doesn't even know who he is and he constantly feels like he is fake 

 bokuto has a major case of gifted kid burnout. he stands in the mirror pointing out everything that has changed about him since.

when yams became captain he always made sure everyone knew they were good enough to be on the team because it took two years of courtside conversation for him to feel that way
